Does it do the same in other games? If no then, jump to step (5) if yes then,

1. Try another USB port

2. Try another uninstalled USB device if it still makes the game slow

3. If no, try another controller even if it's a bad one

4. If it does the same disable VSYNC

5. If it doesn't work get an XBox 360 controller "(not from any Nigerian store online or offline, you need serious luck to get one that would last 1 month" ) some games don't support any controller other than Microsoft controllers

Other hit-and-miss troubleshooting:
- Update the game
- Update your graphic card driver (worked for me in GTA V)

Haha... Confessed? I play DMC on hardest the come "down" the ladder to smaller difficulties. I would play Hell or Hell difficulty first of it was an unlocked feature

I have a friend I get games from. 80% of those cracked rubbish people sell inside ecolac boxes are half ass sh!ts.
