The oil spec is on the oil cap on your engine. Most likely 5W-20 (both accord & civic).
The transmission fluid is ATF-DW1.
Both fluids are available in the Honda manufactured spec.

I am having recurrent issue with my pulley, it will pull, often times damaged the pulley, the pin, cut the nut. I had to change the crank shaft on two occasions. Now I decide to change the engine.

You will get the engine for, between 45 - 50K.

I could swear that APC would have won the presidential election hands down as at 5 or 6months ago but right now people are getting tired of these too many negativities about the country. It now sounds ridiculous, as at 6months ago they made it look like Nigeria wouldn't have been in existence by now. The O2 sensors are available, the VTM-4 issue is the fluid used for your rear differential(big round 'thing' in your back axle & is most likely low or due for change.
The check engine is connected to your faulty O2 sensors.
