Govts since 1914 has been borrowing money, that is one way of keeping the financial sector going.
This present govt has equally borrowed ₦8 trillion in less than 3yrs. The America govt is still borrowing till tomorrow and they spend it on wages.
That a govt borrows does not mean your economy is in a recession, govt borrowing and recession are two different things.

Most Honda City come with CVT transmission and fluid for it is Honda CVT fluid.

However, there is a provision at the upper part of that gear meant for manual gear oil (transmission case) that may need some fluid. And if you need to ever change the gear again, buy it together with the engine.
