Sequence to the preparations for the July 14th Ekiti state election, PDP Governorship Running mate Deji Ogunsakin has reportedly been arrested alongside Three (3) house of representative members by armed policemen yesterday.

In a update given be the State Governor himself, Peter Ayodele Fayose stated it in his twitter page that the incidence happened in his Ado ekiti home. Though the time and frame of the arrest was not given but it’s believed to be marked alongside with the parade which saw Fayose been assaulted the day before.

He tweeted

“Ekiti Under Siege Again!
Presently the deputy Governorship candidate, Kazim Deji Ogunsakin has been invaded by armed policemen.
Three house of assembly members have been arrested too.
Whereabouts unknown yet!

This tweet has attracted some audience to make Thier intentions known to the governor about the news and also tried to let him realise the world is patiently waiting for the out come after Saturday.

We urge all residents in Ekiti State to vote wisely and safely in the coming polls slated for Saturday July 14th, In this coming poll, a total number of 30 candidates are involved including former minister for State solid minerals John Kayode Fayemi of All progressive party (APC) and the deputy Governor Elitist state, Olusola Eleka of People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

Nigeria vs Argentina match yesterday saw lots of reactions from Nigerians with some being critics and interesting replies. The game was a deciding match between the super eagles of Nigeria and the Argentines football team to progress into the next stage of the Worldcup tournament which is the round 16.

Reactions came from various Nigerian and more pressing as some think the game would have been biased with the verdict of the referee on the supposed foul which was committed by the Argentina’s side. One of the supposed critic which has caught lots of attention is the message Nigerian comedian shared on his IG page to all Nigerians

He believed the match has been decided on a wrong platform and also shifted Nigerians attention to the plateau killings which happened some days ago, in the video he agreed Nigerians attention was shifted away from disaster happening because we still had something busy with and which has gotten our minds and interest.

Nigeria Vs Argentina game from the World Cup 2018 group D was a deciding game between this two great nations fighting to keep up to the next stage at the round 16.

The game which saw a hot start from Lionel Messi had a fair play with a netting of the ball slipping off the hold of Nigeria’s 19-Yr old goal keeper and brought back life into the team as Victor Moses had a chance to make a good penalty kick.

As towards the end of the match, the Argentine’s didn’t give a chance to leave without a second netting of the ball by Rojo to make a 2:1 score line.

In the 3-5-2 formation, only captain Mikel John Obi was a doubt following the fractured metacarpal he suffered against Iceland. Nigeria again remain out of the Worldcup tournament leaving Senegal the only African country in the Worldcup who is going to have their deciding match soon.

Brazil VS Switzerland Group E match fixtures yesterday saw and intriguing match play from the South Americans side and their former FIFA President country side Switzerland. Brazil yesterday had luck not on their side as they have started a good start of the match.

The South Americans had 20 shots but could only put four on frame, seeing the Swiss hold them in the second half to split one point apiece.

Switzerland played physical, fouled plenty to try and slow down Brazil’s rhythm, and it earned a surprising result that puts them in a great spot moving forward. The match was pretty much all Brazil from the beginning, but outside of its lone goal, the ball just didn’t want to go in.
