To An extent I feel relieved reading about others.
Early this year, I took a loan of 500k and wanted to invest in my crypto busines. Sent money to some random btc dealers and my wallet never got funded. Am currently repaying for loan I never used. Baby things, family upkeep etc dey there too.

I hope you are aware that it is illegal to allow someone write your CDR for you, it is specifically stated on EA website. I think you should have handled this issue privately else you complicate issues for yourself. If you got to know him on nairaland, and he decides to defend himself since we all haven't heard his own side of the story and also post your real name, the situation could get ugly as embassies now search the web to check if an applicant has been linked to something illegal. You all need to be careful.

Theres no way I could have drawn peoples attention to a scam case if I didn't bring it here. Pls also re- read carefully my post before making ur assertions.

It's not too difficult to write cdr but for time and chance.
I got an offer from some reputable cdr writer even at less than this man charged me. I thought I should patronize him coz we're one Nigerians and his plea to give him the money for PTE. This is why we keep being labelled scams all the time. And a man like this wants to travel abroad with scam money? If he ever makes it there what's d guarantee he will reap the fruit of that land?

SOME TIME AGO I CAME HERE LOOKING FOR HELP WHICH I GOT. IN THE PROCESS I STARTED COMMUNICATION WITH THIS MAN. WE AGREED I CONTRACT MY CDR WORK WHEREIN I WOULD PAY PART AND THEN BALANCE HIM AFTER EVERYTHING.

INITIALLY WE AGREED I PAID 15K UPFRONT. LATER THIS MAN BECAME SO DESPERATE THAT I SHOULD PAY HIM AS HE HAD ALREADY STARTED THE WORK. I SENSED SCAM IN HIM JUST THEN HE BEGGED ME HE NEEDED TO WRITE PTE AND I SHOULD HELP HIM WITH 30K UPFRONT AS AGAINST THE EARLIER AGREED 15K(for work wey him never even start). I DECIDED TO EXTEND A KIND HEART AND BEHOLD I MADE SOME CALLS COZ I DIDN'T HAVE IT. I SENT THIS MAN 30K!

ALONG THE LINE, HE SUGGESTED ANOTHER OCCUPATION TO ME THAT I SHOULD GIVE IT A TRY.
HE TOOK HIS PTE AND SMASHED THE 10PNTS HE SAID HE WAS AIMING AT AS HIS APPLICATION HAS BEEN IN THE POOL FOR ALMOST A YR.

FAST FORWARD A MONTH LATER, THIS MAN NEVER TALKED ABOUT THE MONEY HE OWES ME.

I CALLED HIM ONE DAY AND THE IDIOT SAID TO ME THAT THE 30K SERVES THE NEW OCCUPATION IDEA HE GAVE ME. JEEZ!!

SO I ASKED HIM..... DID WE MAKE ANY AGREEMENT ON THAT? NO WAS HIS REPLY. AFTER MUCH TALKS HE FINALLY AGREED HE WILL PAY. TILL TODAY THIS MAN HAS REFUSED TO REFUND EVEN A PENNY FROM MY MONEY.

I TOOK TO THIS THREAD TO WRITE THIS COZ I KNOW HE IS CURRENTLY SCAMMING OTHERS AND HE WILL SCAM AGAIN!

I was just about asking question about TRA.... My statement of account doesn't carry my company's name. But payment has been consistent for over 5yrs.
I told my company about this and they agreed to prepare me payslips.

My question is will only statement of account be enough? Or should I submit the pay slip? Or can I upload both?

some CO's have been know to run whois on websites.

Does the company have a working number and email?
Does google search return any information on the company that tallys with letterhead information?

If the above is yes. you are good to go

My bad! I assumed you were talking about Lagos e-tax card.

However, irrespective of the state, if the tax card details could be verified, you will be fine, otherwise find a way of showing what you have been paying all those years.
