I copied this post from liverpool fan page and I completely agreed with the the opinion of the poster.

Gilberto Okwunma
BR stupidly left Remy and signed the Fuc**kin*g
super for nothing mario that couldn't even run
with the ball. Lambert is too old and weak, non
of his signings is a world class player. I'm sorry
if this will be our performance in the Champions
league. So without Sturridge this club cannot
win matches? Rodgers should be aware that
this club is Liverpoo and not Swansea. Why
can't you sign world class players, aren't you
seeing players van gal has signed? Early
minutes phobia is what lfc is practising. FU**C*K
YOU ALL! I'm sorry, But i have to show my
frustrations after expecting to end this stressful
week with an enjoyment in today's game. I know
you all will laugh if its man united, but Aston
Villa just used our players to train today. N O N

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Liverpool Vs Ludogorets : UCL (2 - 1) On 16th September 2014 by luvola(op): 8:32pm On Sep 12, 2014
Neither Liverpool nor Ludogorets were able to participate in the higher stages of the Champions League last season. The former failed to qualify via EPL berths while the latter were beaten by Basel in the play-offs.

Liverpool FC

Last season has almost given Liverpool their very first league title in more than two decades but eventually lost the honor to Manchester City only by two points. They won 26 times in 38 fixtures and scored a total of 101 goals all throughout the competition. At the League Cup, they reached the third round and at the FA Cup, they only played up to the fifth round. Their five most recent match results are also quite confusing as they performed both impressively and poorly. They were winners against Dortmund (CLF), Southampton (EPL), and Tottenham (EPL) but were also rendered losers at the hands of Manchester United (ICC) and Manchester City (EPL).

PFC Ludogorets Razgrad

Ludogorets earned seeding in the second qualifying round of the Champions League last season and went on to advance through the third round after they defeated Slovan Bratislava on aggregate scores. While they were very successful against Partizan, they failed to continue their winning streak as they were prevented by Basel in the play-offs to continue with their UEFA campaign. As for their most recent performances, they quite suffer from inconsistency. The Eagles have only won twice from their last five matches (both clean sheets) and surrendered seven points to their rivals in the remainders.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Vs QPR (4 - 0) On 14th September 2014 by luvola(op): 8:24pm On Sep 12, 2014
Thursday 11 September 2014
Manchester United’s audacious capture of
Radamel Falcao on deadline day caught the
attention of world football. Manager Louis
van Gaal’s potential frontline of Wayne
Rooney, Robin van Persie and Falcao is one
that will leave QPR boss Harry Redknapp
with a headache, but the question remains –
can Van Gaal get the balance right?
Also added to United’s squad since their last
fixture is Dutch defender Danny Blind,
while Argentinian defender Marcos Rojo has
been granted a visa following his move
from Sporting. Van Gaal has now got the
players to exploit his favoured 3-5-2
formation, which he enjoyed success with
during the World Cup with the Netherlands.
A win against QPR would help to settle any
early season nerves at Old Trafford - the Red
Devils had not had the best of starts, and
find themselves in 14th position in the
Premier League.

United were 'mad' to sell Welbeck - Rio
Ferdinand
Queens Park Rangers meanwhile have also
had a busy transfer window, with
Redknapp adding deadline day signings
Sandro and Kranjcar to the eight other new
faces at Loftus Road. A lack of goals will be
a worry for QPR, and the departure of Loic
Remy to Chelsea will do nothing to help the
cause. Rangers have only scored once this
season, but despite this find themselves in
twelfth, above United.
Manchester United have not been easy
opponents for QPR in recent years though,
with the Red Devils winning 12 of the last
13 games between the sides.

Team News
England forward Danny Welbeck could make
his Arsenal debut in the lunchtime clash
against Manchester City following a £16
million deadline day move from Manchester
United.
Midfielder Aaron Ramsey will be assessed
while captain Mikel Arteta (ankle) is back in
full training, along with goalkeeper David
Ospina (thigh) and full-back Kieran Gibbs
(hamstring).
German playmaker Mesut Özil should be
available after returning early from
international duty because of a sprained
ankle.
England forward Theo Walcott is a couple of
weeks away from returning after a serious
knee injury, but midfielder Serge Gnabry
remains out and striker Olivier Giroud
(fractured foot) is a long-term absentee.
Meanwhile, City are without midfielder
Fernando and striker Stevan Jovetic will miss
Saturday's Barclays Premier League trip to
Arsenal.
Defender Eliaquim Mangala, signed from Porto
last month for £32 million, and on-loan
former England midfielder Frank Lampard are
both in contention for debuts after building up
their general fitness.
Captain Vincent Kompany is fit after coming
through Belgium's friendly with Australia
unscathed despite concerns over a calf injury.
Match Notes
All eyes will be on Danny Welbeck as he
makes his Arsenal debut in a team that is
likely to be loaded with creative talent in the
shape of Mesut Özil, Alexis Sánchez and Santi
Cazorla.
City were comfortably beaten by Arsenal in the
Community Shield but looked ominous in
dispatching Liverpool before the international
break.
It all makes this Arsenal's first real chance to
demonstrate that they do now have the talent
and mentality to challenge for the Premier
League.
Stat of the game: In eight league games
against Manchester City, Danny Welbeck has
lost seven.
Jeremy Wilson's prediction : Arsenal 1
Manchester City 1.

Match preview

Mario Balotelli will make his Anfield debut on
Saturday night as Aston Villa arrive on
Merseyside for a clash of two teams in the top
five.
After three games of the season, Aston Villa,
third, have defied doubters to get off to a
wonderful start that’s included two wins and a
draw. Fifth-placed Liverpool, by comparison,
have just registered two wins and a defeat.
After beating Hull 2-1 at Villa Park last time
out, Paul Lambert must decide whether to
stick or twist in midfield for the Liverpool test.
Lambert may well decide that he wants to
solidify the side by bringing summer signing
Carlos Sanchez into the starting XI.
Elsewhere Villa should remain unchanged,
with captain Ron Vlaar the rock at the back,
England international Fabian Delph bring the
cut and thrust in midfield, while
Gabby Agbonlahor will run a lone furrow up
front.
Lambert will also have to decide whether to
start deadline day signing Tom Cleverley, who
may begin this match on the bench.
As for Liverpool, they’ll come into the game
buoyed after a 3-0 win at Tottenham in their
last league game, while Daniel Sturridge
should at least be on the bench for the
Villans.
Brendan Rodgers’ biggest headache comes at
the back, where Martin Skrtel, John Flanagan
and Glen Johnson are all likely to miss the
match with injuries. On the brighter side,
however, Adam Lallana is fit again and could
feature from the bench.
Villa have a pretty good record at Anfield in
recent seasons, having claimed two draws and
a win on their last three visits to Liverpool.
That included a 2-2 draw back in January.
Nevertheless Liverpool should be boosted by
the debut of Balotelli at home, and a home
win seems like the order of the day this
weekend.

Education › Re: Why You Must Finish With At Least A 2.1 by luvola(m): 1:10pm On Sep 11, 2014
pro01: Well, as I always advise any undergraduate that cares to listen, it doesn't hurt to give academics your best shot. I mean, that's the main reason you're in school: to study, learn, and make a good grade. It is illogical to argue otherwise. If you have what it takes ro graduate with a 1st Class or 2.1, then by all means work hard to get it. The post-graduation advantages are worthwhile. Like the OP mentioned, you have the advantage of scaling most pre-qualification hurdles for the top companies. . . .and you get the opportunity to participate in more recruitment processes, thereby improving your chances of gaining employment ahead of your fellow graduates that finished with 2.2 or less. . . .all things being equal.

Which brings me to the crux of the matter. Unfortunately, in Nigeria, all things are hardly ever equal. I wouldn't go into the pros and cons of graduating with a 2.1 or not, but it suffices for me to say that it is more important to be smart than to put all your hopes and dreams on a certificate that is increasingly worth less than the paper it is printed on these days.

Apart from the problem of nepotism, which is on a scale that is immeasurable, there is the simple problem of sheer demand and supply. Let's face it: there are simply not enough jobs to go round for the millions of new graduates churned out yearly. However, except for a few exceptional cases where organisations require competent hands to run critical operations, I have found that waving your 1st Class or 2.1 degree hardly puts you in a better position than the others in the labour market. In an ideal world, having a good grade should be a competitive advantage in a saturated labour market. In Nigeria, unfortunately, this is often not the case because of our socio-cultural and attitudinal peculiarities.

A person can get ahead by being smart - crafty and scheming if you like. While you're burning the midnight oil studying GMAT to prepare for a Procter & Gamble aptitude test (for which only candidates with a minimum of 2.1 were invited), someone else with a 3rd Class has discovered that one of the company's biggest distributors worships at a particular church, and has devised a plan to trail him (or his wife) and regale him with tales of woe about how he is an orphan and has been jobless for years. You'll be surprised to find this 3rd Class degree holder pushed into P&G through the back door if he or she makes a strong enough impression on their influential target, while you end up not getting the job in spite of your 2.1. I personally know a few people who have secured fantastic jobs (and contracts) through such ingenious methods - by playing on influential people's sentiments, even without prior relationships with such persons. This is just one example of what I mean by smartness. From my experience, it is often more effective than one's 1st Class or 2.1 in many cases. This is unfortunate, but it is the reality on ground in this jungle called Nigeria.
thank you for this piece.

femi4: Your 2.1 is a waste if you are above 27
bro tell the op. Certain variables are affecting graduates thereby affecting their inability to secure job. I know of alot of genius in my department back then that age discrimination is affecting them right now including my humble self.
Education › Re: Why You Must Finish With At Least A 2.1 by luvola(m): 12:03pm On Sep 11, 2014
Olutola88: This piece is for those undergraduates that will like to seek for jobs after school but do not have solid connection. A 1st class or 2.1 will help you AVOID or ALLEVIATE the labour market frustration. Nevertheless, the ones that have influential parents, uncles and aunts can also take a cue from it because it is easier to help someone with a good result.

I am a recent graduate from a Nigerian Federal University. I finished with a strong 2.1 but I wish I made a 1st class. I would have made that First class if I were very hard working. I know many people are like me, they would have had better grades if they were more serious. What I'm saying in essence is that most of us are powerful beyond measures but we do not realize how powerful we could be.

Finishing with a 2.1 is just about having 3.5 out of total 5.0 CGPA. One can achieve this by mixing Bs with Cs in your courses. I had many friends that didn't have solid academic background, weren't very quick at learning but struggled to finish with 3.5, 3.6 after a lot of hard work. Not to talk of many of you that are sharp, it's just that you are too lazy. I was also a lazy brat but that's bygone because I've learnt my lessons.

As a result of the very high rate of unemployment in Nigeria, employers use all possible strategies to pre screen as many as possible applicants and the most popular is the class of degree.

9 out of every 10 Graduate Trainee adverts ask for a minimum of 2.1. The other thing they use in pre screening is age and many also require to have a minimum of 5 credits including maths and english @ one sitting for O'level.

Now let's analyze it: By the time KPMG, Ernst & Young, PWC, Akintola Deloitte, Shell, Chevron, Exxon Mobil, Total, Schlumberger, Diamond Bank, GTB, Zenith, First Bank, Nigerian Stock Exchange, P&G, Unilever, Honey well, Nestle, Cadbury, Guiness, Nigerian Breweries, Consolidated Breweries, PZ Cussons, etc all advertise graduate trainee positions and they all ask for a minimum of 2.1. How do you think someone that finished with a 2.2 will feel?

I'm currently observing NYSC and I've been applying for jobs. Many of my fellow corps members always ask me to share latest job openings with them but many of them have not been able to apply for any because they finished with below 2.1. I hope we all have an idea how frustrating this could be, for you not to have the privilege to prove yourself even when you might be better and more employable than some of us that finished with 2.1 and 1st class.

As I'm writing this piece, I have two friends that just got job offers from a reputable multinational company in Nigeria. Guess what? They are both still serving and will resume immediately after NYSC in October. You know what? One of them finished with a 1st class and the other with a strong 2.1.

I know some of you will ask about me, I'm also at the last stage of interview and I have reached some recruitment stages in other good companies. All I need is Almighty God's favour and your prayers can also help land a job offer in some days time *lol*.

Many of us have been misled. We've been made to believe that even if you finish with good grades, you still won't get a good job in Nigeria if you don't have connection. For those that will listen, I can confidently tell you that we still have Firms that act with INTEGRITY in Nigeria, Organizations that will hire you based on your abilities, Companies that will not compromise standards, Employers that will give you an offer without knowing even a gate man. Many Multinationals in Nigeria fall in that category. At least, I know of Klynveld Peat Marwick Goerdeler (KPMG) and Procter & Gamble(P&G). We have many others but those are the two I've had comprehensive experience with.

Finishing with a 2.1 is very easy only if one can put in the required effort and above all pray to God. For the atheists, just keep working hard, working smart and always have a destination. I know you will believe in God someday*lmao*

In Conclusion, one of the commonest things in life is seeing talented people that are unsuccessful. Many of us are gifted but we are just too lazy to make the best use of our potential. If Talent sleeps, Hard work will outshine Talent.
bros forget this assertion , I know several peeps that graduated with 2.2 and has gotten job and I and several people that I know that bagged 2.1 are yet to secure a job. A 3rd class can even secure a job before a 2.1 . I pray the lord answer us soon.

Liverpool Must Learn from Aston Villa
Failures to Keep Up Good League
Start
By Karl Matchett on September 9, 2014
Liverpool vs. Aston Villa : a heavyweight
Premier League battle of yesteryear, but in
more recent times a team battling to make
ground at the top against one trying
desperately to avoid the drop at the bottom.
With that in mind and Saturday's fixture
being played at Anfield, a home three points
would seem the most likely outcome—but
Brendan Rodgers has seen his side struggle
enormously against Villa in his two
campaigns so far with the Reds.
In a tough league where every win matters,
the lessons from those two slip-ups are
paramount for the Reds to learn from this
time around if they want to capitalise on the
win at Spurs last time out and take a third
win from four games at the start of the new
season.
Villains
A 3-1 battering two years ago was one thing,
but Liverpool were in the midst of a good run
—which was about to become a great one—
last season when they stumbled to a 2-2
draw against Villa, having initially gone two
goals down.
The comeback showed mental resistance and
the ability of the team to continue scoring in
adversity, but Liverpool really shouldn't have
put themselves in the position to begin with.
Villa were better from the off, looked far more
threatening and certainly deserved their point.
Big Problems, Repeatedly
Runners, and runners from deep.
This has been an issue for the Reds for a
long time, but Aston Villa in particular have
exploited it repeatedly. Not a star name
perhaps, but Andreas Weimann has been one
of the players to give Liverpool most trouble
over the past couple of seasons, coming in
off the channels and using his lightning pace
to exploit gaps between the defenders and
the fact that the central midfield don't track
back enough.
Part of this stems from the alignment in the
middle, as Liverpool used a flat double pivot
both times.
This has often caused the Reds trouble with
runners from deep, with no single individual
taking responsibility to either block off the
runs or at least track them.
Last season the Reds switched to a flat
4-4-2 for the Villa match and were undone,
with Steven Gerrard and Jordan Henderson
starting as a central pivot and not getting to
grips with Villa overloading the middle and
getting players forward from wide areas very
quickly.
Gaps between full-back and centre-back, as
well as nobody picking up the likes of
Weimann running from deep, have cost the
Reds five points from two home games
against this opposition over the past two
seasons.
Coping This Time Around
Liverpool were back in their diamond
formation against Spurs and looked far better
balanced at both ends of the pitch, while the
centre-back pairing of Dejan Lovren and
Mamadou Sakho was as solid as the back
line has looked all season, even with the
Croatian having a few moments of lacking
awareness.
Assuming the back four stays the same,
Liverpool have better pace in the wide areas
now to cope with that movement behind the
back line—Alberto Moreno and Javi Manquillo
have both started well—but it is the midfield
shape which should be the biggest
improvement.
The Reds could move to a 4-3-3 to provide
greater cover down the wings, perhaps with
Adam Lallana getting his first start on the
right for that reason. But playing Gerrard as
the deepest point to protect the defence with
his clearances and headers, with two pressers
ahead—Henderson and Joe Allen—should be
enough to repel what has been a strong and
well-organised Villa outfit at the start of the
campaign.
Along with keeping pace with the likes of
Manchester City and Chelsea , a handy guide
for Liverpool's own form is to try and match
or improve on results of last season against
the same team each time.
A win at the weekend will put the Reds firmly
on the path to improvement against Villa and
will cap an impressive overall start, results-
wise, to the 2014-15 season—a nice boost
ahead of the Reds' return to Champions
League action next week.

NairaMode: Bro I am so sorry for what happened.
Honestly I feel like crying... Not practically per say but I'm pained if what the lady did is true.
I wouldn't want to judge her but I can relate with you. You feel used.
Its really dark what she did if true but bro stay positive.
When people are good to you, get high on it & when they treat you bad, suck it up.
It is well.
deleting isn't the problem but that simulated b.c is what I am laughing at. The babe funny die.How I wish I had munched that B.C . grin
