i don't think there will be another text message after NAF spent money to send the change of date and eligibility messages to applicants. They let you know the period for the exercise, what other message do you want them to send to you?? if the test is scheduled in any of the days within the period stipulated then you just have to try and be there

It's your Local Government Chairman/Secretary that will sign it or any of the persons mentioned in the candidates guideline. Remember, that form is made specifically to attest your locality.

13. Applicant's local Government attestation form must be signed by a military officer who hails from the state of the applicant and not below the rank of Wing Commander or equivalent in the Nigerian Army and the Nigerian Navy, and Police Officer of the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police and above. Delta state. but i've done everything at thay level. The problem is i brought the letter from Delta to Abuja HQ today and the man is saying i should come back in 3 weeks time to collect the Letter of Identification which by then the screening will have been over.

I think what you have to do is to go back to the HQ and explain the situation to a top management personnel. The man you spoke to maybe want to follow all due protocol and that is why he said 2weeks. So guy go back tomorrow and ask of someone on a higher position and talk to the person one on one. God is with you, speak your mind to the person.....it is well
