How does Delta anf Arik resemble?
.

shawbabe

they don't . I believe that names are different bt they re both airlines. so it is simply to say I only travel with BA if u interpreted it well, bt u sure didn't.

yes u are right but BTA nko? cash for hand for POE wahala....
madam, nothing can be done abt that one. the only way to get enough to take with u to is to start looking out for people( friends , family and colleagues) who intend to travel b4 u bt need less than the max amount, u give them naira to add to the money that they intend to change at the bank, they change the $4k and u remove ur own, u can start now and continue like that until u re ready to travel (or face black market squarely) and we pray for dollar to fall after election. I think dollar is cheaper in December cos of people bringing it in bt cant say how it will go this year.

[quote author=Kween2014 post=28090707]Hello everyone, praise God with me... My baby arrived last Wednesday 5:34pm at West Houston Medical Center and Dr La via normal delivery. Mother and baby doing fine. Experience was fabulous all the way, from prenatal visits to the delivery itself and 2 days postpartum stay in the hospital.

Congrats kween and congrats to all the new parents in the house

Are you serious? shocked Do you book directly from BA's site or you use vendors like wakanow?
booking directly from their site is always cheaper due to exchange rate. what I do is to always check daily for one person ( this gives u options for different prices for different days and some days are cheaper than others even within same week. u can also try booking on hold everyday for ur date( if u ve that time, I always ve the time cos it is a lot of money for a family trip) so even if it increases, u jt pick ur reference for the cheaper day and pay. As soon as u noticed that the price is going up, check the online vendors to compare price.

For Delta nko?? cheesy

[quote author=Saved2Serve post=28077536]i wish the dollar would simmer down by then. now it is about to hit #180 to dollar in the black market..

It is best to always use ur card to pay. It is always like 160 something naira to a dollar on their website. The last time I bought ticket for their site, black market dollar was like 172 and their's was like 9naija cheaper. Today's rate on BA site is 173@ 1 dollar. Check black market to see d difference.

@MamaTobenna.... I am using BA as well and the best advice I can give you is to buy this ticket as we see am now cos it will only get worse oooo.I was going to wait as well but I can't afford to feel sorry for myself unless you want to take the chance sha....Cheers.
The best time to buy BA is January and February ( ve been doing it for 5 yrs now). If u don't want to risk it now, u can book ur ticket bt check for same route in Jan and February and see d difference, u ll be surprised.

Bt if it is conscience issue, then u can send them a mail that u wish to renew ur visa for birthing purpose b4 sending ur application in.

[quote author=PrinceAdeAde post=27578640]@shelly23,

I hear you but I would really be interested if any one with a connecting flight can share their experiences as the ones I have seen so far on this forum are experiences of final stop POE.

well, I have never taken a direct flight to the USA, the 2 times I went this year, I took BA and spent a week in UK before going to US and my point of entry is always in Baltimore cos it is stress-free, ve never spent more than 2 mins in the question and answer point b4 maybe cos of the kids or cos I visit often but am not sure how it would be with big belly.

[quote author=Mwams post=27461601]Asking people to read is not insulting them, and even though people want to share information and help each other, it at times becomes annoying to keep going through the same questions and issues which have been discussed over and over again. Someone has suggested ignoring such questions, but at times people just need to be told the truth.

And u feel is nice to insult. We re Nigerians o bt oyinbo pikin. An oyinbo child can say dad re u stupid? And pple ll say na question, he says dad don't be stupid and de say na advice bt let a Nigerian try it if people ll say it is a question or an advise. It won't hurt you if you don't respond to questions

Heart2heart and Mabels, hope you know you are committing the same offence levelled at Nomanicole by not ignoring her post. You also didn't provide any answers for the poster in your write ups. Make una kontinu, good morning. grin
Good morning tvegas. No I don't agree with u, so I waka pass the question and never insulted her 4 asking. My write up was nt to provide an answer to d question bt to make people who see insulting people has their hobby to stop( u ve also advised the house on this issue b4). Even if this is a class then it sud be an adult class and I believe nobody has the right to insulted anyone that asked a question. We re not children here abeg. Tvegas Dats the difference. I noticed I can't see the post, was it deleted.

Imo007:
yeah.In Mihs.
Summary: All was fine. I enjoyed the care rendered until after delivery. When the effect of the epidural had worn out, the pain from the tear arose. then i was told i had a 4th degree tear with a 3.58kg baby. the delivery was just badly managed.
i was already dealing with the pain when 2 weeks later, i started bleeding.

Sorry abt ur experience and thank God for life.

Was there a problem during labour and were you at any time advised to ve a CS.

Apart from wanting to birth a child with an American citizenship, we also spend a lot of money to ve better health care, so if one can't get this, then it is very sad.

Gbams. God bless u o. Ve said this b4. I ll rather ask phema than to ask and be insulted. I know it is better to ignore a question than to insult people. Phema has become my best ie right now.

@ oluyemisee. Pls don't mind all these men with long smelling hairs on their armpits and private parts coming to talk abt hairs on female legs. One would wonder if the are planning to tread or make calabar with the hair. Make every man on dis forum begin snap their real armpit make we hear word. Congrats luxury.

@tenic09.
I wud advise u change ur name to ur husband's, and to do that since you ve done a change of name b4, u ll be needing some documents. When my step sister did hers, the following documents were asked from her
Her divorce paper, (don't forget u can get anything in naija)
The present marriage cert
News paper publication for change of name
Court affidavit
And the other normal documents. Getting ur passport might take time cos change of name takes more time than d normal passport renewal and cos of the new approving madam (officer)there.

8 months is 32wks, 9 months is 36wks. So they are correct.
9months is 40weeks days the correct one. Most months are more than 4 weeks.
