Their Landlord's son who relocated back to his late dad house with wife and children 5months ago making life unbearable for them. The LAGOS STATE WATER CORPORATION have not been bringing BILL since early this year and all efforts made by the tenants to get bill from them prove abortive.
Note: not only this building but the entire street or community.

Weeks ago, he asked why they've not been paying water bill and he was told the water corporation has not been bringing BILL only for him to collect one of the previous bills, took it to water corporation office, they updated the amount on the bill but the month was not updated. Brought it back and asked the tenants (each tenant about 5k)to pay it by fire by force except his mom (THE LANDLADY)she doesn't pay for water but have her own flat and lives in the compound. The tenants started raising money but only for him to disconnected all the tenants from the Water leaving only him and his mom and still threatening padlocking the WELL
too.
Is he right or
What should These Tenants do

I just installed a Tokunbo engine to my o3 corolla but my Brake pedal has been very hard since then and the vehicle/engine itself misfires
Note: everything was working perfectly before I changed The Engine only that the former engine was over consuming Oil.

I recently changed my Toyota corolla 03 Engine but my Mec advised me to change my gear oil too. The car almost 4years and the gear oil has never been changed but still working perfectly. The gear selects well.... Its has never given me issues.. Although, I noticed the gear oil smells now.

What the best gear oil for corolla o3?

The flash drive is not the issue but the video format inside the flash. Some TV would only play MP4 files while some can play flv, MPEG or avi depends on the features of the TV in question.

Try and check the manufacturers manual to ascertain which format the TV can play. Am very sure the flash drive is okay.

The various likely causes you got from google, are correct.

1.How did you know the exhaust has no leaks?
Any buuuuu kind of noise when you start the car? If yes, then there is either a leak or the catalytic converter isn't there at all.

2. Sometimes, from my experiences fixing cars, it could be the O2S. In some cases you don't get to see any O2S codes popping up when you scan the car.

3. What's the state of your catalytic converter? Check if it is clogged, or none existent at all.


What you could do!
1. If the catalytic converter is OK, and still in the exhaust system, you could use your code reader to take a look at the real time readings of your upstream (the one up close to the top cylinder) O2S.

If it is not just fluctuating(doing it's job), then there's a problem with that sensor, an open circuit in that sensor's circuitry, etc.

The upstream or that upper sensor is what "looks" at the amount of oxygen in the system, and combines it with the fuel the car would burn, to achieved air/fuel ratio balance.

So if the O2S isn't doing its job, the car's ECU (brain), would interpret this as a lean situation, which would caused the injection pulse widths to increase (more fuel consumption).

yes, it makes buuuuuuu noise. I have checked for the Leakage but didn't see anything. This problem started since I heated exhaust drum of a bump and I asked a panel to help me fix it

My corolla 03 model check engine light is permanently ON and over consuming fuel lately. Went for scan and this is the result. Does this mean my catalyst needs to be replaced or is it repairable?
I google search this result but I learnt it could be a bad o2 oxygen sensor, the catalyst no longer active or there could be a leak on the exhaust system.... My exhaust system not leaking tho.
Anybody with related issues and how was it fixed? My Technician suggested I change the Catalyst

ur ECU detected it's catalyst is not working as it should, so it's either blocked or broken(it LL choke n consume excess fuel if blocked), but check if it's still manageable Sha, OEM catalyst is sold for 70k(do not ever buy after market ladipo catalyst o)
But there's another way around though, it's easier and cheaper, you will never ever have to bother about catalyst ever again throughout d life of ur vehicle,
If ur catalyst is manageable, den u might need only an adapter to fool the ECU, but if it's not u LL need both the adapter/spacer my panel guy to do his magic on ur catalyst (50yrs guarantee lol)
