Guys I need help. My gionee m5 battery was flat and when electric power was restored I tried charging it but it refused to power on I even left it for an hour thinking it was due to the battery being very low but still it's still not powering on meanwhile I'm using the original charger it came with.

same thing happened to me... Check the cable. That could be the culprit. Meanwhile I have cables that work with gionee m5 for sale... Am expecting Qualcomm certified fast charge chargers too. Contact me If you are interested in buying... Only for Port Harcourt residents at the moment

has anyone tried the slot branded fast charger on this gionee m5... The charger is 2500 naira and it's said to charge 75 percent faster. Gionee M5 is so selective of chargers and usb cables. I had a tough time getting a replacement for my usb cable when mine got bad. The fast charge refused to become active with those usb cables even when I was using the original charger. At last one worked for me and all the cables I later imported from China are working fine on the gionee m5

The watch is sold for 9k it has a slot for sim card and and it has camera. You can make calls with the watch, receive text messages, record videos and audio, you can sync it with your Android phone via Bluetooth and NFC. If you are a sports person, while jogging, the watch can count the number of steps you have taken also applicable while walking. It can monitor your sleep pattern etc.
