ITS MARY DANIEL BIRTHDAY : Uwgumba Uche Nwosu wishes Mary Daniel Happy Birthday The President of Ugwumba Center for Leadership Development in Africa ,UCLDA, is using this medium to wish a superlative and fantastic birthday to a beautiful soul who never allowed her immediate challenge to limit her . In his statement through his media Aide , Hon. Nwadike Chikezie , the humanitarian personality per excellence , Ugwumba Uche Nwosu described Miss Mary Daniel as a Nigerian with over bearing spirit to overcome rather than being defeated . He called on God Almighty to continue to bless her and her family while using her as a reference point to others , never to give up life . According to him , God has a plan for each and every one of us no matter the situation you are passing through , just be patient, focused and prayerful , one day , God will pick your call , he added . Ugwumba Uche Nwosu noted that miss Mary had the reasons to.consider herself a looser in life , even taking her life but in all, she kept pushing and pushing and pushing to live and survive . On that fateful day that I met her , I told her that God has remembered her and many will look toward her way to help . Today , her life has changed far better than what it used to be. Infact , she is now a celebrity of note , he added. Recall the pathetic story of Mary Daniel, an amputee single mother hawking bottled water on highways in the Oshodi area of Lagos State which elicited emotions from Nigerians. The 26-year-old Daniel narrated how she lost her parents during an accident which also left her an amputee afterwards, a development that totally summersulted her life , dashing her dreams until her contact with Ugwumba Uche Nwosu . We wish her many more years of happiness and accomplishment .

On the quest for Nigeria president from Igbo extraction, some Igbo youths have started betraying the struggle, such as Cubana Chief priest, who could not hold his support for Gov Bello when he visited, IMO State during Gov Hope Uzodinma's celebration of one year in Office.. Since the former Gov Rochas Okorocha and other prominent Igbo leaders who have indicated interest in the race, Gov Hope Uzodinma and his associates have sworn never to allow an Igbo man become a president before him, that no Igbo man is smart enough and capable of that position except him. Does Uzodinma want to Vice Yahaya Bello? Or he is trying to cash out?

WAS OWELLE ROCHAS OKOROCHA WRONG IN GOING TO UNSEAL ROYAL SPRING PALM HOTEL? + Dr Johnson Ibeh The voice was bellowing, "nobody is above the Law" unarguably, it was the voice of Eric Uwakwe, the SA to the Governor Hope Uzodimma, on Youth Affairs. To Mr Chinasa Nwaneri, who is the SA to the Governor on Special duties, his grouse with Owelle Rochas Okorocha is that, according to him, Owelle Rochas Okorocha was owing him, but that is not yet substantiated. Reference to the Royal Spring Palm Hotel, there is no argument that the facility was listed among the properties slated for investigation along with the likes of East High school and the rest. As a result of the involvement of EFCC, the property is supposed to be delineated as a property in the hands of law enforcement agencies. The government, being an entity that is not above the law, was supposed to respect its position and await the outcome of the investigation. In addition, the government could have been able to secure court order to be able to trespass into the premises in order not to flout the rule of law. Besides that, there is outstanding case in court about the property in question and it's supposed to be protected from any trespass including government agents. The sealing of the premises without any court order or any form of prior notification of the owner for any alleged contravention of the law is an act of brigandage. Barr. Enyinnaya Onuegbu acknowledged that the government could not obtain court order before embarking on the violent sealing, meaning that the government only unleashed thugs on someone's properties. Going by the inability of the government to respect due process, how could anyone ascertain that it was an action duly sanctioned by the Governor? Following Mr Nwaneri's claim that Owelle Rochas Okorocha was owing him, so he habored deep animosity against the person of Okorocha and would have embarked on same driven by vendetta, claiming it was the government. The question begging for answer now is "did Gov. Hope Uzodimma authorise the action? If so, how did he convey his approval for such action that flouts the authority of the courts?" What is the sign that a property has been sealed by the government, is it the presence of police and irate youths? Did the government communicate to the owner of the property that they were coming to seal it? If so, how? The inability of the government to respect the court and to follow due process meant they only assembled street urchins to infiltrate the premises and to claim that it was sealed. It is clear from point of law that since the government failed to notify and to advance the process of law, even in their trumpeted recovery agenda, it's a height of malfeasance and brigandage. Owelle Rochas Okorocha is not to be blamed for breaking the chains placed by individuals who are angling to misuse power, perpetrating illegality. There is recovery without the mantra of rule of law and due process. If government should continue to encourage such shameful acts, it will lead to promotion of lawlessness in the state and could lead to breakdown of law and order. Imo state doesn't need reign of terror but rule of law and diplomacy. + Dr Johnson Ibeh, Legislative Consultant and Social Critic, 2021
