NetBizguy:First state the state you want do the business. Both states are unique jn their own way. I can only guide you through if it is Lagos. |
alaboski:From Ikorodu enter bike or bus to Igbogbo jetty, then enter boat from there. It will drop you at Okira Nla jetty which is directly on Addo road |
You mean the governor got intel that his people are to be massacred and did nothing? Even if the security agencies you called did not respond, couldnt you have at least alerted your people for everybody to be vigilant and arm themselves with any and everything? Relocating women and children? Honestly that governor is very useless. what kind of evil men are we having as politicians in this country for Christs sake. |

TopBanter:I was expecting you to counter me with facts, but obviously there is none. Try and understand the dynamics of real estate before making empty arguement. Happy New Year. |
TopBanter:First of all you obviously dont have respect for your father thats why you will tell him to shut the eff up. Be that as it may. I did not want to be dragged into this mess. Let me lecture you how the real estate works. Some goes to buy large expanse of land and develop the infrastructures like road and perimeter fencing etc and later people come and buy the land and build. Megamund, Crown Estate, and Landwey fall under this category. People mostly come and buy the lands in these Estates and develop. I can tell you for free, we bought a 515sqm land in Megamound estate yesterday for #80M, the development will commence soon. Carlton and Royal Gardens Estate ( rumored to be owned by a certain Bourdillion Chief) also fall under this category There are others who buy the entire expanse of land and develop both houses and infrastructures, Lekki Gardens was topping this chat with Lekki Gardens 1, 2, 3 4, before they have the issue of building collapse and dropped the name Lekki Gardens and propagated HORINZON 1 2, 3 , 4 , 5 and counting. Richard the owner is my personal friend of over ten years. . Van Daniels Properties and Victoria Crest also fall under this category. Van Daniels Estate located Inside Spring Valley Estate after General Paints contains about 250 terraces ( Go and verify), also he has Eden's Court located Inside Bera Estate with about 100 terracces ( go and verify) also he has Van Daniels Estate around the Conservation Center with about 150 Terraces ( Go and Verify). Also the Likes of Victoria Crest have done greatly also. But I will not also forget URBAN PRIME 1, 2, 3 4 ( Rumored to be owned by the ONI) is also a huge name presently in the industry which also falls under the later category. Now here is the interesting thing. In both categories I mentioned, they sell to their clients and I can tell you for free Igbos are their greatest clients. Go and verify. Let me even use your Crown Estate as an example, Without exaggeration, Igbos own 40% of the houses in crown Estate ( go and verify). Am sure the information I dropped is way above your pay grade and by extension, your comprehension but believe you me, this is just a tip of the iceberg. Am being so careful not to devour much information for kids here. By the way, the blog u referenced and base your argument on, the owner doesnt even have the slightest of idea of whats on ground in real estate in Lagos. there are even names I expected her to mention but obviously she is totally ignorant of those names. Razaq Okoya (Eleganza Estate is huge) but she is ignorant of it and interestingly ignorant people like you are using that as a bases for their blind arguement. Am sure you are not even on the Island to. uderstand the dynamics of real estate. Now thank me for lecturing you a little. |
Truths9ja:Oga calm down. When it comes to real estate, the Igbos have gone far. Am an Engineer and based in Lagos. Am not here for chest beating. This is my field. Just a little assignment, Check out Van Daniels Properties and check out how many estates he has in the Island . No be mouth. I dont want to be mentioning my clients names here. There are certain priviledge information I have about the real estate in Lagos, Forget talks. |
lorenzobanks:You cannot have better Nigeria by making careless, stupid, ignorant and wicked policies. When Buhari was wrecking the country, we were shouting it loud but unfortunately idiotic urchins were cheering him up. Tinubu supported him twice and cheered him while he was wrecking the Nation. seanfer:Its only the court that will decide the order that is binding or not. |
Ireportlive:Did you miss the part where it stated that there is a court order. Why not allow the court to decide on the matter before taking action? The lawlessness and diaregard for court processes being enthronged in this country will soon lead to total breakdown of law and order. |

I never knew Tinubu is more clueless than Buhari. |
Am sure the girl is Igbo. Its a normal tradition. They didnt explain it to you properly. You cannot pay for dowry when the woman is pregnant, you cannot also return the dowry when a woman is pregnant. That is the tradition. I remember a case that happened in my family that made me understand this tradition. My cousin's husband was fooling around and beating her as she was pregnant. They both decided to end the marriage. On the day the family officially came to return the dowry, an elder from the husband's side asked both of them to air their grievances. The guy didnt say much. My sister explained that the man has been jobless since they married. She first bought a bike for the man to start okada business, the man was not bringing any returns home till the bike spoilt. She also bought keke for the man without the man bringing a dime, yet the man does not contribute anything to the house. She single handedly built their house in the village and sunk borehole which is very expensive. She alone pays for the children's school fees. She opted for seperation when she heard the guy rented house for another girl. The elder that asked the question was so furious at the guy as he did not explain properly to them what happened. But the elder in his wisdom did not want the marriage to break as he saw my cousin as a great asset to the family. He threw this law up. My cousin was pregnant then. The man called my family's attention to the fact that "their" wife was pregnant and the dowry cannot be returned till their child is born. The elders in my family were all infuriated yet they were weak as they are bound by the customs and tradition. The elder hurriedly left with the husband and their faimily members to discountinue that process. Very early the next day around 4:30 AM, I heard a knock on our gate, it was the elder and husband. The elder knelt down and begged my father to please intervene in the situation and not let them to seperate. That their son has been so foolish. They went home that day and the entire family descended on the guy. Telling him he is so lucky to have such a wife. After a long time pleading, my dad promised to intervene which he did. Till today they are still happily married. The guy cried like a baby when my father died. That is the tradition |

I never knew those massacred in Jos is part reengineering a country. I never knew the free fall of Naira is part of reeenginering a country. As disastrous as the Buhari administration was, its far better than the administration of the so called " Master Strategist" |
What a shame. A policeman overpowered by a girl and shot dead with his own riffle. |
