Good afternoon Nairalanders, Please, I had an emergency on the 26th and made a transfer of 30k from my Stanbic IBTC to my Gtbank. I have neither gotten the Credit on my Gtbank nor received a reversal to my Stanbic IBTC account. All attempts to reach StanbicIBTC has proved abortive as no one is replying my messages. I wish I had the time to walk into any of their branches to make troubles and close both my MMF and Savings accounts but my current job schedule wouldn't permit. Anyone has had this issue with them before, how were you able to resolve it? If you work with them, 4 last digits of my account number is ******5606 |

So, MTN sent me a message asking me to recharge and migrate back. Now I'm beginning to understand the motives behind the migration. They migrate people out so they migrate back with 102Naira. This is broad day robbery

Dear Nairalander, It has come to my notice how MTN forcefully migrate subscribers to another plan without the subscriber's consent. Story short, i have been constantly sent messages to recharge and get 250% of my recharges on MTN BETA TALK. So, few days back i made a recharge of 3500 and got 8750 as bonus and was hoping I'll use the bonus to check up of friends and family yesterday during this trying time and to my surprise, i couldn't to make calls. I checked my balance only to discover i was migrated out of beta talk into Xtraspecial with my bonuses wiped . I called MTN and all they could say was that i migrated via sms. To start with, i do not know the migration code and even checked my sent sms, no sms was sent. I chatted them again on Facebook and all i got was that i would get a feedback within 24hrs as the case was currently being investigated. I woke up today with a message saying my ticket has been resolved. I quickly checked my account to see if my plan and bonus had been reverted, nothing was done. I won't let this slide away because it's daylight robbery. The case Ref No:218955263. |

That aside, you guys should work on your speed of service. You don't expect large amount of people who left their home and businesses to stand in your bank for too long without complaining. If you're short of manpower, you send a request for more manpower to your head office. You can't keep punishing customers and doing nothing. It's totally wrong |
You see this bank, i hate anything about them with Passion... After i made a complaint some years back which graced Nairaland's front page about their ATM paying me fake 1000 nairanote. https://www.nairaland.com/4038695/fake-1000-naira-note-zenith/4 I stopped banking with them since they denied my claim about them paying me fake note. Can you believe till date i still get debits alert from an account i stopped using many years ago. They have so debited me that the zenith account now reads (minus) N -1,311.29. I'm patiently waiting for the day they will touch my other account since CBN has instructed them to debit other bank accounts.

Good morning Nairalanders, I will be sharing my Nasty ordeal with GTBANK(OKE-AFA). So, on the 3rd day of October this year, i went to Gtbank OKE AFA to get an additional account form(Dorm account to integrate in my paystack for my e-commerce store) from one Veronica. Everything went well smoothly as i was given the form. I took the forms home, got my referees fill and apend their signatures. On the 4th day of September, i returned back to the bank just for submissions and to my surprise, i met an overwhelming crowd. I stood on the queue for few hours before i gave up for home so i could resume for work. 7th, 8th and 9th day of September... Same thing. One common thing i noticed was the constant lackadaisical attitude of CR team. Fast forward, on the 10th day of September (today) was the height of it all. We were less than 10 customers on queue and 3 CR members attending to us and most of us still had to wait for over 45mins with no one attending to us. I had to make a buzz before i was attended to by a rude lady called Helen(in her defence, if i had been coming, i would have been attended to) and even when i did, i was sent back home because they needed my idcard. Now my big question is, Do GTB actually train and re-train her CR team on speed of service and Customer care satisfaction? If they claim they do, then i see no reason customers will be treated like we were being done favours. Customers, should be duly informed about the documents they need to come along with when submitting their forms because you don't send a customer who has waited for hours and even days back home because you failed to do your job.. Please Gtbank should work on this because i will be visiting this same branch henceforth to see if they'll work on their service. |
