just proceed the date of birth will correct it self

mine did not correct itself...
it reflecting with the wrong date of birth on my printout
have any idea of how I'm going to rectify it pls because I have already submitted and i can't edit again

after submission, i noticed my date if birth changed... how do i go about rectifying this pls?

It itches badly .(Nostril and Throat itches too ) I have been to different hospitals in the past and The doctors all said it could be an allergy.
