This is how I did it, I opened my message box and clicked option export to phone memory I located it with my file explorer I mean the follow come one, and after reading I deleted it from there, and went back to my message box and send a message to Glo they replied but I did not open, i clicked option and selected set all read and did batch operation and deleted all my messages after saving the important ones, and viola it was gone

please i didn't get it.. had issues on viewing and deleting from file explorer. also how you deleted all your messages after saving important ones.. how or where do you save important ones?
