there is what we call intellectual property right!!
Ask any lawyer friend of yours on how to "copyright"/patent your idea.

If the idea is that good and first of its kind-patent it.
Register a company. Company registration should not cost more than 50k.
If you dont have the funds, then create a business plan and try to pitch it to an investor.

After the invention, comes the test running and more test running.
If it flies with little or no flaws, then you go public. Publicitiy campaigns and advertisements.
Inventing and marketing a product is no joke.
