I have over 8,000 views in less than a month, google even approved my adsense application when I. only had 1000 views in less dan 3 weeks of creating the blog.

But what am wondering now is that my adsense money doesn't grow speedingly , with over 8k views I was expecting higher adsense money.

Bro, what are you doing to get that much traffic on your blog? If I can even get as much as half that number, it will be nice for me.
