I was looking forward to having a boy first when God decided to give me a girl. When the scan result showed girl, I was crying, my husband asked why when he saw crying, but I couldnt just tell him cos I know he too wanted a boy first cos of their significance in the African culture. 5 yrs down the line, I realised God knew better cos my lovely girl is all grown up and have become a tremendous help to me. she takes initiative on her own, sweeps and do dishes, things I havent even taught her, thinking she is still a baby. I LOVE YOU MIRABEL, I BLESS GOD FOR GIVING YOU TO ME |

I intend to travel to Ghana next week with my kids 10 months, 2, 5 yrs and my house-help of 20yrs, I intend to use ABC transport and want to buy ticket for myself, my househelp and 1 ticket for my 2 children, of course I will carry the little baby on my lap, I want to know if this is allowed. I have an international Passport for myself alone but intend to do yellow cards for us all. Since my children and my house help dont have international Passport, I hope it wont be difficult for them to travel or am I suppose to pay compulsory additional amount. Please people with experience should share. |

sexymoma: The husband should stand his ground as the head of the family. What is wrong with a woman securing her future and owning properties especially with the crop of men we have these days. I thought NL always advise women to secure their future, now that she has done that u are now telling her to sell it cos of one greedy ideooot @omotenah help me tell them everything must not be about the man |
@ OP if the picture you painted about your parents is really true, I could do anything in the world to have them as my parent inlaw. It pains me so much that after having had 3 kids for my husband, my mother inlaw has never set her eyes on them. she has never called me one day to congratulate me after each birth. Op there must be fundamental reasons why she behaves the way she does. find out why especially as she is not like that with her parents. And if you think she is just being wicked teach her some lessens. You said u are am only child and that u have 2 children, dont u want anymore children. I bet ur parent will appreciate that. MY ADVICE Impregnate another woman outside who will give ur parents access to the kids, that way she will know that she has lost out completely. |

@Op my advice to you is that you should be careful and try to also build some financial independence for yourself otherwise you will be very sorry. talking from experience, that man is not likely to be there for you financially even when you marry. pls ensure you hold your side too |
