Top Marks For Alhassan “Muazam ” Ibrahim In Austria Wien Stalemate Against Red Bull Salzburg

https://i1.wp.com/owngoalnigeria.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/IMG_3598.jpg

Alhassan Ibrahim was rated as one of the top performers for his Austrian side Austria Wien in their 0-0 draw against Red Bull Salzburg in a league game decided over the weekend.

Muazam as he is fondly called lasted the entire duration of the game, and gave a performance that earned him a score of 7.5 out of 10, which makes him one of the best player for his team.

Known for his abilities to go past his markers, and also play defence splitting passes, Muazam acted as a link between the midfield of his team and the attack in his favourite role just behind the striker.

His performance also earned him praises from the fans of the team, who have already likened the lanky number 8 to one of their former player Olarewaju Kayode, who left the club in the summer for Manchester City.

Although he is yet to score for the club, the forward has so far impressed in the two games he has played for the club, and even though he is only two months into his proposed one year loan at the club, talks are already on to make the deal permanent.

TheSuperNerd has no right to open another thread. This is the lowest he can go because the dynamics of this thread goes back to years. He is trying to kill the sequence of the thread, which is very wrong.

I will not lie, I am highly disappointed in him. What is so difficult in coming back.

Imagine me running to create another thread when someone says I must be sharing a bed with Guardiola (Wa Lai that one pained me) or when people talk of drills.

Banters happen. One went to far. Having a tough skin and control is part of what has kept this thread civil.

Or, does he think there will be no fallouts on his golden thread.

Please, let us get back to football. Like when Onyekuru will score a hattrick for Anderlecht.

Sir Maidaboi.... you really don't have to be here as if an exodus has began... Sir Terzurum5's thread is the Main thread. This is just a personal project of mine..... And believe me, it was about time I started it. Honestly, I have been thinking of it since the turn of the new year, 2017... What transpired many hours ago on the other thread was just the act that triggered what was already in the coffers.

I didn't leave because my mum was insulted. smiley I left because everyone saw the foolishness of the insult meted out by bringing in My Mum and kept mute about it for soooo long. In a thread I call Family, I didn't expect that. It was disappointing. So I had to leave. I detest Hypocrisy so much.

Silence by all in the face of an insult to one's mom is the darkest thing I ever saw on that thread. Amazing. So I had to leave. The thread seems to have lost its value, code of conduct, and have become amnesiac (not recalling what one stands for).

I didn't Start anything until when my intelligence and personality was attacked and labelled with harsh names by the Rico dude... Amazing how no one saw this.... cheesy
No one saw this because no one ever want to see the truth as regards TheSupernerd... so all those with the lying notion that I started the Jabs or insults... I want them to take a step back and remove the shameful bias from their eyes and look at where The Rico dude quoted me and began the coated insults in subsequent posts to which I so playfully replied with my laughing memes... and comments on on Dr Lisa and dollopheads... lol... But hey...not that I expect them to though... their minds are made up and hey.. who bloody cares?.. smiley

Anyway, this thread have been in the incubator chamber of my thoughts for a couple of months now since the turn of the new year.... It is no Rival thread and I don't expect anyone of the old guard to come here... I left them. I walked out. I walked away so expecting to see them here is not on the agenda.

This thread is a project and it will have its own outlook and focus... If you notice I did not tag anyone to come here. I even put up a disclaimer. Please..... have regards for the Likes of Sir Joseph_1013, and also Terzurum and Orkpeky... (I didn't wanna mention them by their Exact moniker Spellings because I don't want them coming here as I am already being misunderstood... I don't want to stylishly invite them here....) because they started this whole national teams thread thing... and I will always adore and respect them for that.

I opened this thread because I cannot run away from a hobby that burns as a passion within me. I Love the beautiful game. smiley I love the story and inspiritional background behind Nigerian Football... I left the thread but I never left the dream of this new generation rising strong.

Yes.. some or several will come up with opinions and be disappointed in me creating this thread but that is because they think I create a rival to the other thread... they are getting me wrong. This is my Passion. Nigerian Football and her impacts and potentials in the Global scheme of things is something I Love so much. It is a very passionate hobby of mine. I am driven by excellence to achieve and be the best at what I do... I have my central niche which is Science and Medicine and much more... I am an outlier... but then I also Feel the connection to the potential greatness and Innate but undiscovered Excellence that lie dormant in our Football culture. I am an Enthusiast of the beautiful Game and Sports in general... I have read so much from the past in Nigerian football history and I have seen that this nation can rise to become Much more... I only wanna contribute my little part via information sharing to spread the light of Nigeria's rise in world soccer again... I only wanna share in the birth of this new generation that can go on to be golden.

It is well... but Sir Maidaboi... plsss don't leave that thread. You can enjoy the best of both... Fine people like GoodJoe, Joe 1013 and Icon4 plus a couple more still stay there.... So uhmmm... just let this all flow into something good... Things are just the way they are now... but I have not forgotten the good people I still regard on that thread... it is well Sir.

This thread has come to stay... It is gonna be like a compendium and an encyclopedia of Nigeria's potentials in the game of Football today and for tomorrow... This is just another deep angle into what Nigerian football promises soon... smiley
it is well bro
i will always follow the two threads

TheSuperNerd:
Disclaimer: This IS NOT The New Super Eagles Thread... Sir Terzurum5's Dawn of a new era thread for the Super Eagles' march towards Russia 2018 and Afcon 2019 remains the Official home of all Super Eagles matters. This is my personal Angle and project on this Rising beautiful era in our football. It is a project dear to me coz of my football passion and love for the Story behind our National team's rise to greatness since our first football achievement at the 1976 Afcon.

This is a project I have always had in mind for a while now since the turn of the new year..... I have just been waiting for the right time to run it alone and with all the passion I have for The Beautiful Game in Nigeria, Africa and the world at Large. This is for the Audience out there looking for reasons to still believe in Nigerian Football and her possibilities for Excellent Success again and again....

Folks, Nigerian football is on the rise again. smiley

In the '90s till Early 2000s, we saw the rise of Nigeria's first Golden Era in football which saw Stars and Legends like Kanu Nwankwo, JJ Okocha, Rashidi Yekini, Finidi George, Emmanuel Amuneke, Daniel Amokachi, Uche Okechukwu, Ben Iroha, Peter Rufai, Sunday Oliseh, Victor Ikpeba, Tijani Babangida etc lead the nation to Success at Continental and International levels.

The name, "Giant of African Football" was forged during this era and attached to Nigeria and it was in 1990 that the Nigerian football national team became renamed (formerly Green Eagles) and reborn as The Super Eagles.

Fast forward to today... and you will notice a slow but sure rise in super talents and Beauty in Nigerian football again. The rise of another generation is on and Could most possibly be Our next (and second) Super Golden Generation.

The Negatives of our administrative structure still remain plus the bad organization of our local league but what we cannot deny is that out of the cracks and roughness of our Football terrains rises another strong and beautiful flower determined to grow and blossom in many splendid colors if only we can keep the belief strong and fan the flames of what Nigerian football is about to unleash on the world on a grand scale..... and most importantly if The NFF can try to maintain the current positive flow of where Nigerian football is headed despite the Ills that are still present.

This is 2017.... but I will always trace the beginning of This new generation's pregnancy to 2013. It was in that year that Nigeria won her first Afcon since the first Golden era... and also a year which saw the burst into prominence of some of Nigeria's next Young super stars at UAE 2013 and The 2013 U-20 World cup.... that era saw the blessings of the MRI screening yield beautiful results and genuinely quality young players many of whom didn't even make the UAE 2013 squad.

Also a couple more were rising silently during that period and being incubated to be born in same period the likes of The 2013 class was born in their pro-careers at various periods.

This is a project close to my heart. I am a Young Scientist and a Big thinker when it comes to my field of work and learning... but I also just Love the beautiful game. I Love The Inspirational story of Football not just in Analysis but in Background stories.

Let us begin..... (more will be said with time) wink

Even World class L'Equipe just recently (many hours ago) listed Nacho as no.29 in the Roll call of the finest and best 50 U-21s on the planet despite all these talks of "History" and "Good as your last game" by you. wink

The truth is that Nacho got both the Stats and the Quality. Class is permanent Sir. Nacho is class and Quality yet still growing in the game. Period.

Only Six Players of African nations made the L'Equipe roll call... players I rate among the very best youngsters in the world of football and also among the leading Elite young players in African football....

- Franck Kessie (CIV and AC Milan) @no.18

- Amadou Diawara (Guinea and Napoli) @no.24

- Alex Iwobi (Nigeria and Arsenal) @no.25

- Kelechi Iheanacho (Nigeria and Leicester City) @no.29

- Wilfred Ndidi (Nigeria and Leicester City) @no.36

- Andre Onana (Cameroon and Ajax Amsterdam) @no.49

Kelechi is the best young Striker/forward/Attacker on the African Continent right now... according to L'Equipe and also according to UK Telegraph who released theirs few months or several weeks back. #Fact
The Quality is there and very huge Sir Komekn... and you know it. wink

NO B BAD BELLE O O O!

He is the strongest and reliable CB we've got for now and we can't afford to loose him to injury. He can even be in the pre-starting line-up but make we qualify first.

I couldn't believe what I saw with his performance in our last two matches. He seem too be the defensive version of John Obi Mikel. He put in that great performance after just returning from injury-I doubt if he even had any game time in his club prior to those encounters.
