That is as far as debating it with you is concerned bc that does not stop me from airing my view about it with someone else. Except you want us to stop all discussions, close this thread and go our ways.
i am actually enjoying the debate because it make's the thread lively without insults
komekn: Aluko was excluded intentionally by a hungry shameless assistant national coach who he refused to play financial Maradona with.
Basically he refused to settle, the concept was alien to him he felt he was there on merit. So why must he have to pay inducement and add insult to Injury sack his agent and take the recommended agent given by the coach. NUFF SAID.
you don't want to blame rohr but you put the blame on his assistant why?
Icon4s: A good goal from the guy once nick-named 'the Nigerian Ronaldo'.
We may soon need to start selecting players for the 2019 AAG and 2020 Olympics qualifiers a good number of these young players are eligible.
AAG qualifiers starts next yr. All players who are presently 20yrs and below will make up the Dream team VII. At least this should be an opportunity for a player like Steven Odey
We jst need a good coach with unbiased selection process. I tip that team to do well.
Azubuike Okechukwu, Sadiq Umar, Nura Abdulahi, All Amuneke's U17 2015 boys, Ifeanyi Mathew, Musa Yahaya, Chidera Ezeh, Taiwo Awoniyi, Chidozie Awaziem, Osarenren Obazee, among others.
We can also send invitations to the English duo of Lookman And Abraham.
they guy is good but because he was not born in england or he plays for small club and league he is not good using someone logic
so make Bayern Munich double up, persuade Wenger to sign an extension and also make una provide Wenger with bodyguards because you can't trust those WengerOut' wolves at the Emirates stadium.
just pay his wages we barcelona will provide the security or he can stay in spain handling arsenal we ready to help a brother in need.remember he plays like us
ChrisKels: Lol teamEnglish born kids would be like, Ndidi who? Abeg Nathan Ake or Ruben Lotus Cheek is the real deal. After all they play for Chelsea while Ndidi plays for mediocre club Leicester city.
If Nathan Ake was an English player of Nigerian descent some people obsessed with anything foreign would be rating him(Ake) ahead of dis midfield general Ndidi.
They would back it up with lame facts like he; 1-he was called back from loan (ojo comes to mind), 2- Marca rated him the best thing after makalele (Solanke loyalists), 3-he is Chelsea third choice DFM after Kante and Matic, 4- it is not easy to make Chelsea first team, 5-he pushed out Mikel from Chelsea (now Dat would be d most ridiculous one) etc etc.
komekn: The analogy you make is bereft of any substance.
Look at Monaco's record in the European Champions league and compare it to Liverpool bearing in mind recent times.
It's quite obvious that Monaco is in this regard far ahead of Liverpool and therefore a superior club. So the hypothetical analogy doesn't make sense.
Furthermore, you can be an excellent player in a low rated club it may take some time but eventually you will be recognised with the commensurate rewards and transfer to a bigger club.
Ngolo Kante comes to mind the best DM in the world currently who signed his first professional contract at near 20 in 2013 he was playing in the 3rd tier of the French league.
monaco is not bigger than liverpool thats the truth
forgiveness: MOTM for small mushroom team is different from playing for Chelsea, Man United, Real Madrid, Liverpool and Barcelona.
They are no mates.
He played for Liverpool last season but injury and lack of form and not ability stopped him this season.
Oga, lookman played six matches this season and he started 3 out of the 6 matches.
Are you not aware?
ojo is better than mbappe since he is playing for liverpool while mbappe is playing for monaco, you are using club to rate players shows how bias you are.oga i did not lied about lookman
forgiveness: Sheyi Ojo did wonders playing for Liverpool last season. A goal with 4 assist in 11 games is not moi moi.
Do you want me to quote you for been ignorant about Lookman matches with Everton this season?
You said if he plays for the first team let us debate. Habi, you don forget?
Don't pretend you know anything about him.
Point out the academy players.
we are talking about success with MOTM in two different league, last and current season and you are talking about last season and about lookman i never lied, i said that let him make everton first team starting line up his own before we can debate, bros read carefully before making comments
komekn: It would help if you can detail specifically and state the players you think are being hyped in your opinion so we can objectively appraise your deductions without biased sentimentality.
we are saying that the are not better than what we have period
When did Lookman join Everton? No lie, you never thought Lookman played six times for Everton this > season. No change mouth. If Rohr could invite Noah , I don't think it is s big deal.
success MOTM came in a premier league not league 2, you are talking about lookman bros he was on the bench for their last two matches and lastly i will pick Noah ahead of those academy players #saynotoacademyplayers
forgiveness: Oga, Sheyi Ojo was bought for 2.13million pounds at the age of 14 years. The most expensive player bought at 14 years of age in the whole wide world.
Sheyi Ojo has played in the Liverpool team while Success is struggling for a minute in Watford.
Lookman has played 6 matches and scored one for Everton.
Can we now debate?
Man City to Chelsea? Bhuuuhahaha!
You have erred!
Make Osimhen break am first mo we see but for now Abraham all the way.
ojo no be success mate success on his full debute was the man of the match against midbrw, lookman after 6 apearances with 1 goal earned him bench for two matches then he is not better than simon make abraham break into chelsea squad before i will take him serious
Danycrusoe: the matches would be played starting from 2pm today all through to tomorrow. the kick off times vary but the results would be posted here as soon as the report comes in. talking about the kits Gotaya might be able to help with that 1
forgiveness: When 'Isaac' makes Liverpool's bench then let us debate.
Which Musa? The one in slovakia abi na where? Abeg, make we talk better thing. Simon can't just bench Ademoola because he(Lookman) offers more than him.
I saw Simon, Kalu and Rabiu yesterday. I will give my verdict on them later.
Kelechi is never better than Solanke. Kelechi might not make Chelsea's bench.
Osimhen na baby to Abraham who just scored this evening.
Etebor is ahead of Ovie for sure but em go still gi-em run for him money.
Iwobi is England based.
let seyi ojo wins granada player of the season or any club break their transfer record because of him he is not succes class, is musa a bad player give me one match he perform badly because he play in bosnia does not make him a bad player, simon is better player than lookman let him make everton starting line up his first then we can debate, solanke will not makes man city reserved talkless of bench,Victor at age of 17 has break a record at the world cup stage, i can bet at the age of 19 we be will talking about him in german league not league 2 in England
Isaac succes a waste Jesus, one time granada best player and watford highest record buy, abeg guys stop being bias, tell me teams that invites academy players to their national teams @komekn
forgiveness: Moses Odubanjo will relegate Musa Mohammed to the reserve.
Sheyi Ojo will bench Isaac Succes any time any day.
Ademola will give Simon run for his ego.
Dominic Solanke will lead the attack better than Iheanacho. Hahaha.
Tammy Abraham is not Osimhen mate na.
Ovie Ejara will battle it out with Etebor na.
Onomah still dey oooo.
Why mention Iwobi, a product of England?
Ndidi na the baba. Shun sir.
isaac succes will bench seyi ojo, musa will bench odubanjo, simon will bench Ademola, kelechi is better than solanke, victor is a better baller than tammy Abraham,Etebor ahead of Ejara any day any time, iwobi ahead of onomah. Note players invited are the one we are talking about. Bring what you have in your arsenal lets debate
komekn: Jordan Ibe is not interested in playing for Nigeria, his mother remarried a non - Nigerian and he has an almost zero Nigerian input in his upbringing.
Seyi Ojo is a lucky guy, effective but not technically proficient enough in my opinion.
However, Isaac Success and Simon Moses would struggle to get into top 6 premiership teams U23 development squad.
The above two players are not in any shape or form better than a supposedly much older Sone Aluko.
KC is a great exciting player with undoubted quality however as an out and out No. 9. I am not convinced.
On the other hand Anichebe is undoubtedly a powerful striker a true No. 9, if he wasn't so injury prone he would be number 1, with Kelechi playing off him.
Actually I rate Onyedinma of Millwall higher than Ademola. Sometimes you need some steel in the midfield and someone that I have been looking at with promise is Chuks Aneke one time promising Arsenal midfielder.
There has been talk about Chuba Akpom for me has been unable to make the step up from youth football to senior football, for me he is not ready.
However the trio of Solanke, Tega and Ike at Chelsea are looking dangerous. There are a multitude of others like Ovie at Liverpool and Onomah at Tottenham, but I am not totally convinced yet.
those players that don't play regulary i know if ibe did not move to bm, you will say he is better than success, watford number 10
komekn: When I talked about the U17, I was being indicative and certainly not definitive or comprehensive with regards to youth football.
With regards to your point 2, in that 2009 tournament we got to the final and our boys won the Golden ball, bronze ball and the silver shoe. But they are all playing in low rated teams and not going anywhere fast. Considering that Mario Gotz, Neymar, Isco, Bertrand Traore, Morita, all played in that tournament but are playing in the top teams in Europe. Is that your idea of progress
Your assertion in point 5, about England having an abysmal record in youth competitions is not in dispute. I refer you to my comments about the Toulon tournament 2016 which England won and why. English youth players at the top of thier game are playing in top premiership teams and are not released for age group competitions. In addition they the players often decline cause they are already in senior national team.
The purpose of winning youth competitions is to institute development and forward progression for Youth players. With all the youth competitions we have won, where are Nigerians youth players playing and where are England youth players playing . Rashford 19, Ssegnon 16, Dele 20, Kane 23, Reece Oxford 18, Barkley 23, Stones 22, Raheem 22, Harry Winks 21, Rueben Loftus-Cheek 20, Joe Gomez, Tom Davies 18, I will stop here this list is not exhaustive.
Your assertions in point 6, smack of biased sentimentality. Outside of KC and Ndidi the rest are highly debatable. Consider Tega Abrahams, Solanke and Ike Ugbo Chelsea youth strikers and compare these boys to them. In addition do you truly believe if KC was in Chelsea he would even be on the bench.
The Spanish press not the British press to expunge any claims of bias as you might allege. Picked a best European X1 and included in that line up was Solanke and two other English players who happened to be all black. See below. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/row-zed/spanish-press-pick-best-under-7429689
I am sure you know Yahaya was at Tottenham and they didn’t consider him good enough and let him go to Sporting. Is it the 21 year old Benin-city man at Watford Isaac Success with his very peculiar name and I will not even talk about age cheating, as some find it such a hard issue to deal with. That is better than the prospects considered on this forum.
Point 7 is incredulous, where did you get that idea from I don't believe anyone of note on this forum has made such a nonsensical proposition. So I will not even respond to that.
Pont 8 is answered you could say comprehensively by the Spanish press review, not one German player was picked in Europes best youth X1, England had more than any other European nation.
Your point 9, I am in complete agreement with. Black players are not given the same opportunities as white player add to the mix corruption and agent manipulation and it gets very complicated. Consider Oyedinma in Millwall he should really be in a premiership team. I rate him higher than Ademola and the difference between them in age is negligible. Finally, I will repost a video of PSG U19's celebrating as they a picture can say a thousand words and a video I guess millions highlighting the difference between England and France.
bros pls stop being bias.let me ask you if those players started their carreer in Nigeria do you think they will make it to the top? Being in England gives them the advantage not their talents
goldfish80: Let's get to the chase. Apart from Ajax which other team in the Dutch league can boast of being world class?
Abeg leave matter, there's no competition in Germany. Let's not kid ourselves. Bayern can afford to buy up the best players from each of the 18 teams in the Bundesliga. The German league is structured that Bayern have the first refusal on every German player in the Bundesliga. Please let's not go there.
What competition in Seria A? A league where Juventus can afford to win the championship even if they were handicapped - 15 points before the league kicks off.
we are talking about french league here with the same one team league,so your are telling us that mbappe was better than ronaldo at 18? You are agueing blindly bros take it eazy
