Making a biased statement and or proposition simply means you have have no rational and or objective substantiation that underpins it. In other words there is no substance to explain and or justify the statement, proposition, view, etc.

I like this forum for its in-depth analysis and criticism sometimes constructive criticism.

So we can agree to disagree but you would expect a discourse based on facts, reasoning, historical trends, etc. That's what makes this forum unique and interesting. Even if we remain anonymous there is still depth to the discussions. As a result I have become informed, educated and even conversant with football in Nigeria.

But back to you Sir, make sure your assertions are factual.

I have said I rate Onyedinma higher than Ademola and others, I have never said Onyedinma is World class that would be ludicrous. I have said KC is an exceptional player but World class not yet.

I actually don't rate Ojo that highly if at all and I don't recall a comparison made with Success. But if I was too I would probably rate Ojo slightly higher as a bona-fide winger than Success.

When I do make an assertion I would mostly be quite clear as to my reasoning that's not bias that's objectivity. It helps the forum and raises the quality of discussion if you proferr your reasons.

But to present such a high handed allegation of bias without any rationality or substance beyond, When you say does not put you in the best light.

If you think Isaac Success is a great rationalise your
view be objective, be factual, that helps everyone to understand and appreciate your view even agree with it. But to do otherwise is sentimentality or might I even suggest prejudice.
you see, you just make a biased statement "i rate oyedima higher than lookman" when you and i know that lookman is rated higher. Anybody that follow success from u17 to spain and now in epl will never rate ojo higher than success except he is biased or sentimented. And to where you quote me i was not comparing kc with anybody rather was relating to thegoodjoe post, try to understand before quoting anybody

Firstly, I said KC has done exceptionally well. City is a world class top club with a huge brand and money to spend. That comes with huge expectations and pressure on both players and managers.

I do not recall one player that has come out of City's academy in the last 7/8 years that has had the meteoric rise KC has had. That's an achievement. Please let TheGoodJoe correct me or inform of us these stats. I almost certain that KC has broken a number of records at City in modern times.

Your claim smacks of premeditated sentimental prejudice.

I have never said that KC is not good, I have said repeatedly he is exceptional. But he is not World Class yet or one of the top strikers in the world. If indeed you wish to call him a striker or No.9

I said that staying at City is still a viable option. I alluded to the performance of Delph waiting for his chance now it seems he has fought his way into the team.

KC can still do the same. Or he can move to another team if City will let him go.

Isaac Success in my opinion considering his price tag and supposed hype. Is still currently a waste man. I haven't changed my opinion. He has been in the EPL and he has done nothing and doesn't look like he will do anything.

The claim you make, the see the bold is a very strong indeed. But please I am open to criticism and will not be offended in fact I might be encouraged to see your point of view.

Be specific, objective and not evasive show who I defended with bias and how I am the most biased in this thread.
you see every one has his own opinion and you can disagree and give your own view. But don't say that person is bias or setimental. When i said kc is great player or success is not a waste you will say that i am bias, but when you say that ojo is better than success or oyedima is world class you are not bias. Welldone sir

Put things in perspective.

Forget how we may think that KC is the new Messi and be less biased and more objective.

KC is fresh out of the academy literally and does not have the track record, experience and hefty price tag in comparison to Sane and Stones.

In reality he is still a baby in the premiership and also in City. Where all the players around him have pedigree.

I do not think Pep is being biased just ruthlessly efficient and undeniably unsentimental.

In the last 7/8 years tell me one player out of the City academy that has played as many games as KC. He KC has actually done exceptionally well, this is a high pressure top club.
oga i was not the one that bring messi and co into the agument, so because kc is not good as messi he should stay at city drilling under pep than going somewhere to get game time. And you think you are not bias and been objective when you said success is a waste or kc is not good but defend england born players then i think you are the most bias person on this thread

Iwobi had more of that and dipped in form. Ighalo too. So game time is not a guarantee. What game time shows is how good you are. What I am after is Iheanacho improving in quality. Then seek where to show the quality. Whether at City or another place.
if iwobi was not playing how will you know his form?

Ha. I already explained that the training and Discipline will make him a better all round player. It is what we call the modern game. Do you not see how Klopp dropped Benteke despite his brilliant goal scoring ability for Firmino. If Benteke was a young player like Nacho, I would have advised stay, learn and study Firmino. Unfortunately, he is not that young, so he has to make do with what he has.

As for Nacho who is still young, he should learn and then leave to show what he can do with better playing time.
benteke did not wait for drills from klop and go why can't kelechi do the same. Is aguero not old for drills if benteke was old? how are you sure he is learning when he is not playing he should go where he will get the drills plus adequate game time period

I have repeatedly stated that I want playing time for Nacho. I wonder how else I will write it again. However, even without playing time, Nacho can still keep developing. Fabian Delph just proved it. I do not need to write something proven.

I am nit saying Nacho is not hard working. I am saying Nacho needs to go beyond that to achieve more than he could ever dream of.
that is why he should get out of city because there is no game time for him, he should forget about this pep drills

I have said it repeatedly. A year or two and then go. The reason why I said go is because at the end he might not fit in exactly. Although I believe with perseverance and Hardwork, he can achieve it. Even play it better than those with the natural abilities.

If he does not make it, he will still become a far better player than he would have in most environment that lack the education we have at City.
then why waste his time when he can go somewhere else and build on his natural abilities?

TheGoodJoe:
That is you. What you miss is the dedication and discipline Cristiano Ronaldo has. CR7 is one of my models of footballing success. He has a laser focus to keep himself at the top of his game. He is one of the most dedicated footballers and leaves a healthy lifestyle mostly during the season.

Most clubs or coaches do not have this model. A good example is, Iwobi staying up at night, browsing and chatting. At City, he will not play the next match if he was a starter.

This is not just about Guardiola's training but a model of Barcelona which I see as an ingredient for success in young players. We have three Barca execs running City. One running the academy and Barca academy style coaches in the club.

A year or two under this system will make Nacho flourish in the future.

You can not guarantee that Nacho will get such education at another club. When it comes to training methods, Guardiola is a coach that has a history of players improving with wide margins. Stones and Delph are recent examples. He also improved quality players like Messi, Lewandowski and Alaba.

We can not just want Nacho out of such environment because we want to see his name on headlines.
and you think kelechi is not a hard working player then you need to rethink, all the players you metion where geting the drills plus adequate game time. Did he keep messi, stalin, sane, stones and all those you metion on the bench for 1 month on the name of drilling?

There is what is called natural ability. The players have what the coach is trying to teach his players. Gabriel Jesus naturally has the quality Guardiola wants. That is why he walked into the starting eleven.
then he should let kelechi to go where his natural ability is needed or are there no clubs looking for his natural abilities?
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by maidaboi(m): 8:22am On Apr 08, 2017
TheGoodJoe:
You do not know if Guardiola does not like Iheanacho or not. When analysing, it is important to weigh all options. I for one stated on this thread that I will play Firmino ahead of Nacho if I was a coach because of his fluidity within and outside the eighteen yard box. This fluidity is what we see in players like Suarez and Lewandowski. In recent games, Aguero is improving tremendously in this. He drops deep regularly to build up plays and helps make more numbers in the attack midfield area.

When Nacho came on in one of the games, I noticed he has not yet adapted to dropping deep and playing fluid as this guys. Aguero used to do this poorly. Iheanacho was even better at it but now, Aguero is pure class.

It takes years to adapt to systems like this. Some do it faster, others take time. There is no guarantee what holds in the future for Iheanacho but I insist that the knowledge he is gaining now will mould him into a much craved player by other coaches.

Mascherano said it took him years to understand Guardiola's system. We are talking at that time, one of the best midfielders in the World. Talk less of a young promising star.

Gabriel Jesus keeps the Firmino I rate so highly on the bench in Brazil. I believe it is down to his fluidity. This is the quality I think attracted Pep to him and why he walked into the City starting eleven.

Humility and willingness to become better is a big part of development. The game time will come.
if he did not fit into his system then he should let him go. must he play pep system to succeed? NO. Ronaldo did not play pep system to become world best, take a look at the top ten best players ranking how many pep players are there. My point is that it is not only pep guardiola's system that produce world best

See oga... The truth is Guardiola simply doesn't like iheanacho. For crying out loud, the boy refused to show up at the Olympics just to have a pre- season with this super coach, and 10 months on you want me to believe he still hasn't learnt what Guardiola wants him to learn?
Oh please! Even in university education, you don't spend up to 10 months on one level!.
Gabriel Jesus came from Brazil and walked straight into the first eleven, the very week he arrived, no "drills" nothing.
Is Nacho that dumb, that in 10 months of drills he hasn't learnt enough to earn a regular place even on the bench?
Make the young man move on abeg, before his talents wastes away
me self the wonder, jesus without any drill kept aguero on the bench then i think kelechi should not be on our starting line up or even make the bench instead let rohr continue to drill him in camp
