Hello badalta How many times have you been refused that you are tired of Canada bro.. Personally, I have seen an applicant on this thread getting his PPR after the 7th attempt in part 13 or so, is yours as bad as that? Common pick yourself up, order for GCMS notes and see the refusal concerns of the Visa Officers and address these concerns in your re-application and see yourself getting your Visa.. Remember, its not he that fails that is defeated, but he that doesn't try again after failing .. So wake up and get that Visa.. Peace badalta: Application submitted June 1 2021 Application refused January 31 2022 I am tired of Canada wahala |

Hello fogechi With or without the 3m deposite, you are good to go as regards your POF.. But if you end up including it, make sure you really give a convincing explanation of the deposite of the 3m in the account to avoid the issue of Lump sum.. Peace fogechi: Should I include the 3m deposit or remove it to avoid stories that touch |

Some good News
Because of the backlogs in processing Visa applications caused by the pandemic, the Canadian government is putting down big money to make the following applications processed even more quicker..
-Visiting Visa -Study Visa -Permanent residence Visa
They hope this budget would make things get back to normal this year.
With this, we should be getting quick response to study permit applications..
Let's hope for the best on this thread. It shall surely end in praise..

Ok Ruby So far you can convince the visa officer of the relationship between your Job description and your proposed study just like you have briefly explained, and also how your proposed study will benefit you and your career on your return back to your home country, then you are good to go.. Peace Ruby22: Thank you @Makano We actually have civil engineers in project supervisory roles workin on projects in construction companies, and they are designated as project managers (PMs). Thats why I considered the PG project management course as a career progression. |

That is not too good though. If this is true, I am certain many Nigerian applicant wont wanna apply to that school.. Peace Toceenay: NSCC don't give refund for anything. Even if an applicant defers his admission, tuition deposit is still not transferable to the new intake. Applicant needs to pay another tuition deposit for deferment. |

Interesting If that be the case, then it will be unfair for any of these schools not to refund tuition fees back to the applicant after a refusal or a Ban.. If its true, then that is so absurd.. Peace PatrickOkunima: I saw it when I was searching for a school that offers PGD Accounting. Not one, not two. Unfortunately, I did not take note of those schools and I don't have the time to go back and start searching.
Even if you don't agree, tell anyone paying tuition to take the time to read and understand the refund policy. I had to withdraw my application from NBCC as a result of IRCC delay. On the website, it was clearly stated that after the second week of resumption, the refund will be reduced to 50%. After a month, students will not be entitled to any refund. On Friday of the second week, I got another email from the school confirming that that day was the last day for full refund. I had to quickly complete the refund form to avoid stories that touch. Note, a rep of the school had earlier told me via email that since I did not resume, I am entitled to full refund at anytime. That the Friday deadline does not apply to me.
Sorry to say, some of these schools are looking for avenues to reap international students off. If one mistakenly fall into their trap, that's the end. No amount of grammar you will write that will make them reconsider. |

Hello Overcomer 1. Yes, you can go ahead and re-apply with the new portal and also use a new email, no issues at all.. Just make sure you input your UCI in the new portal and also declare all your previous refused Visa application, both for Canada and any other country you have been refused in the past. 2. Well, I do not think that NSE is still functional though. First, peeps that applied last year through the NSE route did not get a final decision within the stipulated 20 days by IRCC. Most NSE applicants got their Final decision in months. Second, if you observed most of the recent approved applicants here, you will barely see any of them mention NSE, even in their documents submitted, you wont see IELTS and other NSE documents.. Thirdly, I do not think there is anything like NSE with the new portal, I am saying this based on my observation with peeps that have made use of the new portal for their application.. So lemme assume NSE isn't functional. 3. It depends, either way wont be an issue.. The money can remain in his account and he can also send you some money to your Bank Account just to show more commitment. But which ever one you end up doing, make sure it is well stated in his Letter of sponsorship, Affidavit of sponsorship and also your SOP/LOE, so the Visa Officer will be aware of the breakdown of funds available.. Peace Overcomer1234: Greetings @makano, I desire to contact you directly but I have to put up my questions here first so others can benefit.
1. I have had previous applications (2) on my Gckey account delayed in the past, Can I create a new account against my reapplication with the new portal, as I don’t have access to my initial email. I Intend using a new email address to create a new profile, although I’ll still indicate my previous delays and my UCI number , I need your advise on this .
2. I want to inquire if the NSE ROUTE is still functional and the process required to submit via the NSE Route, I haven’t been able to access reasonable information on the IRCC website . Thank you for your response in advance .
3. My sponsor is my father and intends to pay my first year tuition, is it compulsory that he sends the cost for living expenses to my personal account or I can just submit his bank statements as proof ? I will also include my personal (salary) bank statement although I don’t have much in there at the moment. I’m 25y/o I will be grateful for your response. Thank you |

Hello Feistymikey The price depends on the lawyer you meet and also your bargaining power.. Some tend to charge you on a certain percentage of the amount gifted you coupled with the documentation.. I am not a lawyer though, but I have them many as friends.. So you can meet with any qualified lawyer with the NBA seal , not the charge and bail ones ooo.. Peace feistymikey: Good evening,
Can anyone give me the steps and price of getting a gift deed done in Lagos please??

Hello Anon A BAN is liken to a refusal, we can liken it to a great-grandfather of a refusal.. So any school should refund the tuition fees back with the exception of an Administrative fee.. The refund policy of most schools is that the only reason for a refund is when an applicant is refused visa i.e. when an applicant's study permit application isn't approved... So a BAN is a senior refusal, so the applicant should be refunded in any school, not just Algonquin.. Peace Anon123: If he is about to receive a ban, he should jejely withdraw the application but if he has been issued a procedural fairness letter, a decision has been made, whixh is the ban.
Theres only one school I know that refund tuition fee paid if an applicant was banned. The name is Algonquin college, as per others I dont know.
If you wish a refund, he will need to issue a reason for the refund.
He can process Poland or Ireland. Not so sure about UK but I believe its possible |
