This is good news, shortlisted candidate we've got few weeks to prepare for the CBT, ...we should at least begin to share likely questions and past questions here, ...recommended text books,..... May God help us |
You should all know that all those whose names appeared for the update are those who made the shortlist,... So we have move beyond shortlist now, ...the next stage is screening/documentation, ..may God help us all |
rittyben:please share, you are not confirming anything to anyone, you are only sharing the information you have, please do share |
HarunaWest:he said today and it didn't come to pass so what,... go and beat him now,... Mtchewww |
ijelu:you guys are so hellbent to see his prediction fail, if he actually said its today it's because of the information he got,..the way you guyz are behaving, someone with useful information about this exercise will feel reluctant to share,..... If by the end of today it didn't come to pass as he said let's just be optimistic, he only acted on the information he got, he is not the one personally releasing the names,..there could be last minute changes or delay,.... I'll just advice you guys based on the information he shared, that we should be looking out for this week and not definitely today by all means |
You all guys need to know that the nscdc doesn't conduct it's recruitment, recruitment into the nscdc is conducted by civil defence, immigration, correctional and fire board under the ministry of interior ....the CG can only ginger them, his hands are tied. |

Danielomisco:abeg carry your negativity commot my side, any moment means the list is ready or almost ready, you don't expect him to give a particular date,.. The update he gave is encouraging and I don't any reason to be negative here If you actually convinced the exercise has been cancelled, then what are still looking for on this thread ? |
nuradeen011:is there any reason I shouldn't be confident |

Researchers have found that Ivermectin — an FDA-approved anti-parasitic drug — was able to stop the SARS-CoV-2 virus from growing in cell cultures. A team of Australian researchers at Monash University in Melbourne have found that Ivermectin — an FDA-approved anti-parasitic drug that has been used to effectively fight viruses including HIV, Influenza, and Zika — was able to stop the SARS-CoV-2 virus from growing in cell cultures. While promising, the drug has yet to be shown to have the same effect inside the human body, because the Australian research was conducted “in vitro,” meaning it was in a Petri dish at a lab. The researchers are still trying to nail down funding for pre-clinical testing and clinical trials, after which they’d have to start the long approval process for the trials themselves. The results, though, are promising. In just 48 hours, the scientists say, all genetic material of the virus was eradicated. “We found that even a single dose could essentially remove all viral RNA by 48 hours and that even at 24 hours there was a really significant reduction in it,” Kylie Wagstaff, lead researcher and co-author of the study published today in Antiviral Research, said in a statement. |
Hmm.... Getting ready for a national shutdown |
The Commandant-General of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Mr. Abdullahi Muhammadu, would be among the 20 people across the world to be honoured by the Secretary-General of United Nations, António Gutteries, with United Nations Public Service Awards (UNPSA) in New York, United States, early next year. The award, which recognises excellence in public service across the world, according to a statement made available to THISDAY yesterday, was launched in 2003 to promote and support innovations in public service delivery with the adoption of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. I urgently need to get information about the federal civil service commission. Do they the federal civil service commission have the authority to recruit applicants into other departments and agencies like the bureau of public procurement, Nigeria communication commission and so on,... or their mandate is only restricted to federal ministries alone. |
