If you are rich, u must keep working to sustain the standard of living of yourself and your family,if not your net worth will drop and you can go broke . if you are wealthy u could fold your arms doing nothing and still maintain your standard of living for as long as you live. Am really sorry for these guys. It is better imagined than experience especially for those that do not have safety ney by way of savings. They will only be paid one month salary in lieu of notice. I will advice them to go to court and institute legal action against them. They have a case if the termination did not pass thru due process. They can fight for reinstatement and damages in the law court. |
