YES to all your questions but in addition, you go with the online documents check list form

Thanks for your response

1. Does that mean TB certificate is not required in Nigeria.
2. That all original documents including wedding certificate should be sent to Sponsor in UK for submission
3. At appointment the only document they will ask for to submit is passport, sponsor bio page and proof of payment
]Good morning house,
When filling online tuberculosis test form and the test which I wanted to do is meant for UK spouse visa. I made mistake where they wrote “type of visa”, I mistakenly selected students without scholarship, instead of settlement and dependent. Pls, can anyone tell me how I can make the correction?

You can book your ielts here https://takeielts.britishcouncil.org/locations/nigeria
And I don't think you need a B1 for spouse visa its suppose to b A1(life skill test)
2ndly abt ur mistake from the mail u sent to IMO for tuberculosis test it wnt count , don't b too hard on your self . All you r doing is just booking to get a spot... When you get der u verbally tell them they put you true. You get same certificate for school and spouse visa... It's duration is 6months... BLESS

Does it mean for every of her trip to the UK within the validity of her visa must always be 10days visit?
No, but it's best you keep to your number of days u stated for your first trip after that it's up to you... It's jux to keep u on a safe side wen re applying... Except you have a very good reason and have proves to back it up when going for renewer, WHY NOT THEN...

Good morning all,
I put in for my appeal after my application was denied in april please I need to know if I can apply for a visit visa while the process is still on-going.
Sorry abt that, yes you can but it's best you wait till u done with your appeal because the visa might be refused not bcs u don't merit it just bcs u have gone tru the spouse root and they know chances of you returning wen u get in is slim...
Good afternoon all, @ Justwise, I have applied for Uk Visit visa twice for the past two years and was denied twice, first denial was wrong phone number from my invitee (my Mum which is based in the Uk) and secondly was an amount i put in my account way above my salary. And they said i do not earn upto that. Now i want to apply for the third time, in the section where it states what is the total amount i have for this trip, i intend saying i have nothing asin zero naira or zero pounds! Cause normally my mum is fending for my trip, in the previous applications i normally put 200 pounds and they reply saying i do not have sufficient funds for me to return back. I work and currently earn 90k. What do you advice pls

Y not tell your mum To file for u, since she is resident (settlement visa) please correct me if I didnot get the visa category right

In addition- I would advice u add pictures of u and ur family, and that of ur sister, pictures u took with her while still in the uk... U scan or photocopy the pictures into an A4 paper b4 u upload...For the number of days plz stick to the 14days but u can den stay for 3weeks...

3 weeks is long.
I will advise you write 14 days
And write the sponsorship letter as
'Consent and sponsorship letter'
Also add hubby's ID card at work
If ur hubby has travelled before,Attach his passport page, scan and print the visa pages and add it too.
Your hubby has to write it in that letter he his giving u consent to take your son and providing so so amount.
Your sister should also state she is providing accomodation, transportation and feeding as well in her letter. Add ur sis passport page too.

Scan your past visa pages too and add it

4months is definatly too much, to b on the save SIDE go with the 3weeks or even less, by God's grace she gets it, she can den stay for 4months but bear in mind that you have to giv a tangible reason in her next application y she stayed way pass the 3weeks( and giving that you going to put to bed and needed her around) might not be much of an issue...

Belovedolu:
This issue of 4 months - 3 weeks is still bothering me. I want to resume back to work and I will need her to be here for close to 4 months but this issue of filling in 3 weeks instead of the 4 months is really bothering me.
