I only input his details on the section who and where I will be staying in UK, in the application they only ask if you have family in UK not friends, to qualify you have family in the UK, family only includes husband wife partner spouse father mother children and grands. He’s not my husband or spouse or partner yet because we not married yet and not living together as partners yet, he’s still a fiancé which doesn’t not fall under family

Thank you for the clarification, I said what I said bcs I did not apply true this new site, wen I filed for visit visa... This was only intruded in March this year...Then their was a column were they ask, if you have any family or friends in the uk...

It might b a spiritual attack on ur marriage since you are coming from a broken home pray and hear from God... Let the HOLY SPIRIT direct you...
In other news, I know of friend who had this same issue in his marriage, wife left home tru the help of her mother after 2kids and was pregnant with another. Bcs the husband lost his job, this begged for close to 2years or more the wife and mother inlaw refused... The guy had to let go and move on with his life. Traveled on a trip to Abuja , met a girl der whom dey later got married and moved to Germany living happy...
As I speak to you the X wife is out der selling hand made liquid soap, her mum drove her out of the house that she is disturbing her make friends . She tried coming bck but the guy has moved on... She old by force, in her case she was manner less, no send her husband family... When she moved out told the guy she was no longer interested...
So in your case the decision is in your hands , if after praying she still refuse to come u no get chioce ooo, you have to move on, not a most u most re marry, focus on ur self and ur child... But first thing first get a JOB... All the best

Interview? For UK visit visa? No interview just give your biometrics, say your name and DOB boldly with confidence at a camera , if you choose assisted service they will scan all your documents and give you back.
You enter by 2pm, (will be attended to not immediately because there are still more people) or you pay for walk in 42000naira(early morning at ikeja, any time at VI)

The answer is NO, u are only allowed in 15mins to ur time...

Email stating "passport ready for collection": 16th July, 2019
Passport collected with visa: 17th July, 2019
(Vignette: 18 July - 17 August)

Altogether 29 working days from biometrics despite my initial fears about few minor errors. What a journey it's been!

You don't need ielts, don't waste your money. Just add your Uni cert. Remember to write why you were denied, like in complete documentation bla bla bla. Try and get more pictures.

Plz IELTS OR UK-NARIC is needed... Just putting your uni certificate wnt work, na straight refusal line b that... I met a lady during my IELTS exams who got refused bcs she wnt with the idea of uni certificate to cover for English language requirement...

6. We travelled together in June we have pictures from that
7. I have Bsc in accounting from a Nigeria university do I still need to do the IELTS
Would like to know if the few chat history is ok for us and the pictures we have together

1- for this you have to package your application very well to enable them know your relationship is genuine and not another way to migrate
2- you state that in your cover letter,
3- good, he has to earn up to £18600 annually to b able to put in for u
4- state what you said here in your cover letter
5- his coming every year has nottyn to do with your application, only his entry stamps when you guys stated dating is what you need for the application bcs the others does not have tiles to you
6- good,very important
7- their is a way dey do this, nuric or so. the gurus will help you here, I have no idea... I have a degree in GEOLOGY BUT went for IELTS and the exams is quite cheap.
For the few chat history, I really can't say but u can state u changed phone like u said,In your cover letter. But try and be chatting often from now till you put in your application, so it will come out in a sizeable amount... All the best and happy marriage life in advance . CHEERS!!!

I got a letter from the UK Border Agency requesting for a bank account to refund the appeal money we paid since acc to them the initial card used in making payment is inactive. The appeal was allowed and the Home Office was asked to make a few award to us I want to ask has anyone been in dis situation and how long before you are asked to submit the passport for visa.

I am applying for a Tier 2 Dependent Visa and i urgently need the following information

1. Do i upload my wedding pics on TLS Contact or send them to Sheffield?

2. If i am to upload on TLS, can anyone be kind enough to tell me how to go about it?

3. In the area of communication, am I expected to tender Skype chat, WhatsApp or text messages? If it is WhatsApp, should i screenshot the chats or export same?

5. Should i screenshot my call log or approach my network provider?

6. My first and middle name was interchanged on my marriage certificate making it different from the arrangement on my passport. Is this going pose any challenge on my application?

They should have mailed your solicitor asking for the exported chats before making a decision..

Plz don't get me wrong, decision was not made... Dey emailed him asking we bring the exported chat and that we did and sent it back to them... My application was never rejected.. I only said they rejected the Watsapp screen grab chats

Talking from experience, mine was rejected... HOME OFFICE wrote back to our solicitor that they needed Watsapp conVo that was exported, bcs I went with Watsapp screen short inicially

How to export , go to the chat, click on it like you wnt to view the display picture, screw down u c export chat . It also depend on ur phone, sha look for export chat to email and print from their

Please stick to the number of days on ur form.:. Ur next trip can b more lengthier and all depends on u... If u go beyond the stated days , it can affect you when u intend to renew your visa

To be fair the dull part is not "not good at answering questions" and mind you there isn't any option for skipping interview. What makes the person dull is paying 12-18k pounds for a degree that is about 60-70 percent self leaning/study, and same person paying 1k pounds because they aren't willing to prepare for a 15-20min interview.

Everyone has a weakness, everyone struggles with one or more things. But the ability and willingness to learn to overcome it is what makes matters.

Same people paying SP for the purpose of avoiding interview will tell you they plan to get a job after studies in the UK.

Are you going to pay 1k to skip job interviews??

I really want to know what you plan to do with your prospective degree ( one of the interview questions by the way, get comfortable answering this)

But the guy did not state that he was going for SP bcs he wnts to skip interview, you are only assuming. He clearly stated he only wnts to find out if they give notice b4 dey call or dey just call u from the blue probably just to get him self ready or b available to pickup... Daz how I c it
