Dont you think you are a bit too hard on him or her with the manner at wish you are answering the questions... my first ever trip to the uk was fully sponsored without even submitting my account statement. And I got the visa... But @poster every man with him head ooo. Also a friends mum just got 2years fully sponsored also 5days ago, notthing was in her account. My best bet, apply with what you have but reduce that 1month to 2weeks...Even if u get a refuser u try again and tarkle the lope holes Its not the end of life. Non of us here work for the home office so make we dey take am easy with acting like one... Thegamingorca: Your circumstance is what I have a problem with.
Before a visa officer will close eye and give visa they must weigh the fact that what you are leaving behind to go and flex in the UK is significant enough to warrant you to come back.
It has nothing to do with your friend. Whether she can afford your trip is nobody's business.
They want to see if you yourself can afford the trip if you were to go on your own as a man without assistance. And from that 190k Sef minus the deductions I don't see how that will fly.

2 yes if u can afford it
3 u never can tell till you try. Hello guys. Plz I need advise. My wife got a COS for a health care job in July. Our family of 6 did biometrics on Sept 18th in Ikeja. On the 20th of September she recieved a mail from UKVI saying that her application cannot proceed until she provides evidence that she had met the English requirements and giving her 10 working days to do so
Meanwhile she had uploaded a comparability letter from UK ENIC (Formerly ECCTIS) in addition to a letter of English Proficiency from National Open University and to which an acknowledgement mail was recieved from UKVI.
There were no further correspondences up until the 10th of November when she got a refusal letter. Meanwhile the refusal letter was dated 18th October and giving her 28days to file for an administrative review. The following week she reached out to ECCTIS who sent all the necessary English language document. Even went a step further to write IELTS and exceeded the required band score.
My Questions are as Follows: (1) Is she time-barred since the refusal letter was dated 18th October and she had 28 to file for a review.
(2) Will it be a great idea to seek an Immigration lawyer to file for the review.
(3) What are the chances of a positive outcome?
So sorry for the lengthy post but we are seeking for solutions as a lot of time and effort has gone into this endeavour.
Thanks so much |

Please educate me The only financial document as regard bank statement should be yours, to show u meet up d 18600. Like I said hers is not needed. All she gets to submit from her end is TB certificate, marriage certificate, English test or meric and Passport. If u have a child already birth certificate of the child is needed.... As regards what u saying abt her living expenses. If u have receipts from wsh ever means u usually send her cash,eg western union, money transfer apps etc .they usually send email confirmation abt ur transactions, u can print those and add to the application. That il cover for the evidence for her upkeep from you |

abby2443: Hello MamaEEE, can we use her maiden name for her international passport and tuberculosis test even after our court wedding on Thursday? Yes you can it all depends on you... If it's her first passport ever and you want her bearing your name its best you register with that now with your marriage certificate but if you don't mind her keeping a maiden name it's still fine... It's all a matter of choice but bear in mind that what ever name u use on her passport it's what you use for the application and that's what il b on her brb... For this reason, we plan to have our court wedding before I leave. Please guide me on the kind of visa to go for and how to go about it.
NB: I was advised not to include her in my tier 4 application since we haven’t gotten married legally. I don't think u can bring her in with fiancee visa... Uption 1 she can apply for 6months visit visa 2: you wait till u get married to her and apply for dependant visa... |

There’s is place as shown in the attached picture that says that I should provide 12months payslips... but my wife has only worked at her place of work for 7months in the UK. What do I do? Do I scan the 6months payslips as stated in the appendix FM?
Also, we want to use her both jobs as she is work two jobs. Is that even possible? And how do we go about explaining it in the application?
@mamaEEE @mimilyrics @lexusgs430 @justwise Please you guys should help advice[/
Yes you can combine both jobs... And submit 6months pay slip from first job and 6months pay slip from second job... I think that should fall under category B |

bdchange: Why create a problem where it doesn't exist. For your mom to tell you not to be totally transparent with your spouse tells a lot about her. You have trusted her with your finances for over six years now and you did not lay a single complaint. That shows she is at least understanding and trustworthy. As long she is not using any form of manipulation on you in managing this your finances then I see nothing wrong in what you are doing. A man that still needs his mother and siblings to guide him on how to run his home, is not ripe for marriage. Where there is no crack, don't apply one. Over sense will not kill you...poster your mum don't want you to be transparent to your wife but she il want her daughter's husband's to be VERY VERY VERY transparent to them... And ask for a transparent relationship with you dad's finance but don't want her son to do like wise... Plz go ahead with how u r running ur family. But the refuser was a fair one.... Appeal takes up to a year to get a hearing date... It il b better to go for an oral appeal that il cost u £140... But try and get a good barrister to represent you. U just have to come clean... In your cover letter (skeleton argument) for your bundle. spell it all out as you have done here... let them know an agent did help fill ur form .Then pray a kind judge will attend to you on ur hearing day... Oneguy03: Hi everyone, a very insightful thread we have here. Please I have a question.
Is there a minimum duration within which a relationship has to have lasted before it's seen as subsisting?(Based on the Visa Officer's discretion) I ask because I met and engaged my fiancee within the last half of this year (With proof). We are getting married in march due to how overbearing the distance has been. So that rounds everything up to 8months. Do I have a weak case here? Would this make our marriage less believable? You r good to go... Mk sure u include pictures and give well detailed description at the back of each photographs... |

@monmarri, in my opinion, an expired passport those not mean you are no longer a citizen of a country... You can still use it as a means of identification . For application ground like this, ur IIr card is what matters. You are not making an application to Nigeria embassy where the PP has to be valid... If u feel u don't have the time to get a new one before applying,go ahead with ur application but if u do have the time, get it then apply... |

How do I combine it to be able to summit the application latest December? Will 6months payslips of her permanent job and 3months payslips of the agency job be acceptable? Do I have to wait till she has 6months payslips on the agency job? You can combine by applying for Category B, and December is fine and yes it's acceptable.no you don't have too. But please make sure the employment letter for the 2nd job is showing this informations as follow 1 employment and gross annual salary 2 length of employment 3 the period over which she has been or where paid the level of salary relied upon in the application 4 the type of employment i.e permanent, agency or contract |
