I gathered a lot of health benefits are derivable from Spinach but it was only yesterday I discovered that the almighty spinach is our own dear (and often unregarded) 'Efo Amunututu' . It commonly and freely grows everywhere and so is not often sold like other vegetables. I'm sure there are others like me here who did not know this. I don't know why I've always thought its 'Efo Tete'. Now that I know amunututu is so nutrition-packed, I'm not going to spare it henceforth, starting from this weekend

@OP, you are very wrong there. Akara, puffpuff, friedyam and such fried stuffs are first wrapped with newspaper or those old exam papers before they are put in black nylon bag. Ive never seen anyone that removed hot akara from hot oil and put inside nylon bag.

@Honeypie & All, I have been nursing fibroids for ages and my 1st child (now 5years) co-existed with them till I was safely delivered. I started taking Dollyhams anti-fibroid package (same that Joysolo took and she got her bfp ) in September and to date Ive not seen a remarkable improvement. I am supposed to take it for 3months and have fantastic result I'm just wondering if I should switch to ACV and BSM. I've read so much about them and wonder if the combo could be the Messiah I earnestly desire. I intend to reduce the size of the fibroids so I can reduce the risk involved in carrying foetus with fibroids, I must confess I didn't find it easy the last time and I'm of course much older now . They are multiple and the biggest is 11cm
