@OP, Well done o, or whether na 'well said', but I have many issues with this your write-up.
first of all, I disagree with you on the Diarrhea treatment or non-treatment. If all those listed drugs are inappropriate, then what is the appropriate treament for diarrhea?

HealthRe: **My Wife Advised To Remove Womb Due To Fibroid Yet No Child! Pls Help** by mamaoge: 10:26am On Aug 21, 2014
@OP, it is well with you and Madam. I only want to support your seeking other opinions like others have suggested. My own womb was full of fibroids and while several doctors wrote the womb off insisting I must undergo myomectomy, some even suggested hysterectomy, but only one doctor stood out and gave me hope, the rest is history, I was still able to carry a pregnancy to term even with the fibroids intact shocked.

If you can afford seeking help outside the country, please go ahead. Otherwise, here in Naija, there are several other seasoned and competent gynaecologists that can help your wife, don't take the opinion of one doctor as verdict. You can link up with the previous posters who/whose relations had undergone myomectomy in the past for further referral.

As the Lord lilves, you will soon sing a new song.

PoliticsRe: Ebola: Why Patrick Sawyer Travelled To Nigeria – Wife by mamaoge: 9:07am On Aug 14, 2014
I think the woman had better kept quite rather than give this lame excuse on behalf of her late husband. How silly could the man be coming to look for help 'better medical help' in Nigeria, knowing that the sickness is said to have 'no cure'!!! The blood of those who have died of the dreaded virus will surely come upon Patrick Sawyer. Granted that if not through him the disease might still have found its way into the country one way or the other but woe betides the person through whom ebola salt is being added to Nigerian's existing injury (BH, Soka, kidnapping etc)

HealthRe: Ask The Pharmacist (If you have any questions,(FEEL FREE TO ASK ME) by mamaoge: 3:51pm On Jul 31, 2014
Dear Pharmacist,

How safe is it to administer tablets to children of 5-7 years of age? I read on some syrup labels that children of up to 12 years can take syrup, if so why do some hospitals give tablets (like paracetamol) to children of this age range? Can their livers cope with tablets? Pls educate us.

Thank you.

FamilyRe: Signs To Tell Your Visitor To Leave Your Room by mamaoge: 1:15pm On Jul 07, 2014
Some people are indeed very insensitive and I experienced them a lot when I was younger. This thread has brought to my memory certain friends then who no senddd you whatever hints u gave them, sweep till tomorrow dem no go go even if it was night! The only thing that worked for me is to go and (or arrange with a sibling to) switch off NEPA meter and start lamenting that something went wrong with our line. When that was overused I would just start yawning and dozing but like I said no be everybody that one dey move.

Then why waste your precious perfume if you have insecticide? You go just pretend say you saw cockroach or something and spray a good amount of Baygon under the chair, dem no go beg d person before he/she go waka go. Or set reminder or alarm with a ringing tone & do a fictitious call with someone you have to leave the house to go and meet somewhere immediately!

@Nikky, I'm sorry to disappoint you, that common `Green` is not Spinach at aaallll! I used to believe so too until recently when I discovered online that Spinach is actually what Yorubas call Munututu but I don't know its Ibo name. I couldn't link my thread on that discovery to this one but just try and google Spinach and you will see the pictures and its several health benefits.

Mustard seeds are sold in minimarts/book stands in the premises of Catholic Churches. Try and locate the nearest Catholic Church to you, if they don't have your specification you will be rightly re-directed. Goodluck.

missnigeria: DOCTOR,PLEASE THIS IS URGENT.I'M 37 WEEKS PREGNANT WITH 32% P.C.V, IS THIS NORMAL? WHAT CAN I DO TO IMPROVE IT BECAUSE THE DELIVERY DAY IS FAST APPROACHING.THANKS
@Miss Nigeria, please note that the original poster, that is the doctor who started this thread, as well as other well meaning, qualified and exerienced doctors who later joined, have since moved on. In recent times there has been only one or two doctors who pop in and out of this thread. So, for your sake and the sake of your unborn baby, go to a registered hospital and express your concern. Do have a hitch-free delivery in due season.

HealthRe: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by mamaoge: 9:11am On Jan 07, 2014
Compliment of the season to all the mummies and daddies in the house. May this year bring forth pleasant surprises to all of us. Amen.

@Newbies, you are warmly welcome. May your stay be short.

@ Honeypie, please calm down. Sorry you had to say all these in the heat of your anger, you should really have held your breath instead. Though it can be hurtful when a good deed is taken for granted buy you will recall that you yourself always return to God all the glory when someone confirms the efficacy of your protocol. That song says '....no man on earth should give glory to himself, but the glory must be to the Lord'. We are not the same and so are not expected to behave the same way. So please, let it pass and don't let it affect your 'ministry'.

@Dreams, I do not think it is right to react with such outburst. Two wrongs do not make a right please. We are all mature women and men and moreso, the year is still new and fresh, let us not start on this note. We have not fully recovered from a 'distraction' experienced some months ago when some members left in anger and never returned.

@All, please let us remain focused and the good Lord will help us all. ONE LOVE.

@Gen. Buhari, congratulations. Your wife and daughter shall continue to be a source of testimony, you shall look back to this time and sing a joyful song to the Lord. God is faithful.
@Muma, happy wedding anniversary. Wishing you a blissful and fulfilling future together.
@All, compliment of the season, the Lord will crown the year with goodness for us, according to His word which never fails.

Good morning, friends.
HealthRe: Maca Suppliment;were Can I Get It? by mamaoge: 10:16am On Dec 19, 2013
Maca supplements come in tablets, capsules and powder. The powder being the least common. You can get the other two types at popular Health Stores and big pharmacies like Healthplus, Fig Health, NETT PHARM, GNC etc. I still saw them in Nett and GNC (Opebi) this week. Cheers.
