pelhurmy: Thank you. My niece scored 239 in her UTME and I've read that there's going to be post-UTME. I want to confirm if she stands a chance. She's very sound academically. She practically didn't study for this exam as far as I'm concerned and for a girl in SS2. But then, I'm looking for the right information so I can use that to push her to be serious.
Firstly, what is the required UTME cut off mark to write the post-utme?
Secondly, what is the mode of admission? Is it only based on one's performance in the post-utme? Or is it an average/cumulative of the 3phases (waec, UTME and post-utme)?
Thank you for your time. The cut off mark for medicine and surgery for last year was 260. The school is likely to maintain the same cut off for this year so i will advice she change to a less competitive course like Anatomy and Physiology and aim to be among the top ten in any of the aforementioned Dept as top ten from these dept after 100L can cross over to MBBS in 200L |

Johnero2004: Npower datch board showing processing. Yesterday night when I inform an Npower beneficiary about the development, his response lead me to this write up. Am 35 years old native of Oyo while the beneficiary in my compound is 34 old from Kwara state.john(not is real name) I was the one giving him all the latest about this their npower, because he don't have Android phone. His login details is store on my phone so yesterday when I came back from work when I check his datch board it was showing processing,I went to inform him of the development he so joyful embracing me saying God bless sadiq(the minister in charge of the npower). HIs excitement prompt me to dis write-up. Prior to yesterday i was the one assisting him financially. Note since this year year they have not pay from January to April till today only January stipend is showing processing.the debt he is owning is above this your stipend. I ask him 3 simple question 1.which university you graduated from.2.your grade. 3.course of study. The answer he gave make me to weep till this moment. A graduate of obafemi awolowo university with a second class upper mechanical engineering depending on this meager money.2023 is around the corner,it is youth like John will still campaigned for this leader that has degraded our graduate to this level God bless Nigerian. Good morning . Let him go and fix himself up. They're even non graduate doing better. The fact that you're a graduate doesn't mean the government owns you sh*t. If anything, he should even be grateful for the highly subsidised education he enjoyed |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Npower: Payment Pause Will Not Exceed This Month by Mammangaddafi(m): 6:41pm On Jan 09, 2022 |
ezenwaez: Recall that recently NASIMS released a statement saying that October stipend has been paused in order to rectify issues with payment, sequel to this all Npower Batch C Volunteers should be informed that the pause will be lifted soon before the end of next week, worst scenario before the month runs out. Npower Batch C Volunteers have been advised to avoid exposing their sensitive account details online out of desperation to get paid, NASIMS is working tirelessly to ensure all Npower volunteers are paid their stipend, as long as you were paid September, you will be paid your stipend, the Federal Government is neither partial nor biased, the Ministry For Humanitarian Affairs is doing all within its capacity to ensure that payment is robust, wholesome and hitchfree. stop this your guess work. If you don't have anything sensible to say, just keep quiet |
