WASSCE Jan/Feb was done in some schools this year and the students put on their school uniforms as well as the invigilators were their teachers. The students will be what? SS3, SS2 or external candidates who will put on their mufti dress?

Since WASSCE May/June is usually around April/May, then the WASSCE Jan/Feb is for SS3 students who have not written their WASSCE May/June

As much as I know, the grades you get in your WASSCE don't matter as long as you pass your 5 main subjects (Maths, English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology). There are people who studied Medicine in Uniben that their results were not as good as yours. Some even combined their WASSCE and NECO results.

What is considered for admission is your Jamb and Post-UTME scores. For instance, your UTME scores will be divided by 8 and your post-UTME scores will be divided by 2 (not sure if it's 2 or 4). So you can see that this your SSCE grades don't matter. Don't mind the people telling you that your WAEC result isn't good enough.

Your UTME score is great, just focus on acing your post-UTME and you will get Med & Surg by merit.

WASSCE May/June (popularly called WAEC) and WASSCE Nov/Dec (popularly called GCE) The Nov/Dec GCE is meant for students who write the exams in mufti dress. However this particularly GCE is called WASSCE conducted in 2020 between Jan and Feb and it is meant for only the SS3 students in their school uniforms and who have not written WASSCE May/June
