With a CGPA of 4.81 I still haven't secured any scholarship and I'll be in my third year in the next two months! Please does any one knows if schorlarships uses WAEC results too? Though my result isn't bad because I failed none, yet its kinda too average.

Yes , many use waec results plus CGPA plus your test performance.. sometimes jamb score too
