Nigerian-American rapper Wale want to know what is your favorite night food.

According to him, his favorite night food is eba and stew or cowtail and rice.

He wrote on his Twitter "What’s y’all favorite sleep food? Like what is guarantee “cancel plans” meal? Mine if eba n stew OR oxtail n rice"

One of his followers replied: "Egusi soup with pounded yam."

Wale replied: "Undefeated .. no party no work no nothing just sleep"

Social media was in pieces after a video of the infamous Pastor Alph Lukau resurrected a dead man using his ‘supernatural powers’ on Sunday in Johannesburg.

In the video, a man named Elliot is seen lying in a coffin, dressed in a white suit and surrounded by his supposedly inconsolable family who claim he had been dead for three days.
A woman, who is said to be his landlord, said that the man started coughing on Friday and died in her arms.
Many have taken up to twitter to condemn the man of God as a fraud claiming that the deceased was clearly alive and that the whole thing was staged. Some reacted by starting the Resurrection Challenge by posting a video of a man imitating the resurrection.

PDP PLANS TO OBTAIN A COURT INJUNCTION ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2019 TO STOP ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION RESULTS AND THROW THE COUNTRY INTO CONSTITUTIONAL CRISES

Our usual patriotic sources from within the disgruntled PDP circle and Atiku’s Campaign team have reliably informed us that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has perfected plans to finally scuttle our democracy and throw the country into constitutional crises by surreptitiously obtaining an exparte (one-sided) court order stopping the announcement of the Presidential Election results which he fears have gone against him.

We understand that a meeting was held today with a group of senior lawyers who were instructed to prepare and file the processes in court on Monday, February 25, 2019. Alhaji Atiku Abubakar was clear in his brief to the lawyers that he must be declared the President-elect of Nigeria by hook or crook, whether he wins or loses, or else he would drag the country down with him.

Nigerians would recall that the June 12, 1993 debacle that brought Nigeria to its knees and caused our country international isolation was precipitated by a court injunction stopping the announcement of Presidential Election results. The court order was obtained by a certain Association for Better Nigeria headed then by one Chief Authur Nzeribe. This is exactly what Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, who claims to be a democrat, wants to foist on this nation again because of his inordinate ambition.

We are also informed that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar confided in those around him that his desperation is borne out of the fact that he has made profound commitments to his local and international sponsors regarding the sale of our national assets like NNPC and others to them that he cannot just afford to let them down at this time, having assured them that there was no way he would not win the presidential election. However, results trickling in from around the country have dampened his optimism.

This has prompted his instructions to his campaign organization, especially his spokespersons to continue to issue statements, making false claims of ‘victory’ when there is no single scientific basis for such claims. For instance, as brazen as they are to claim victory, they have not pointed at one single presidential election result in any single unit in the whole country where they scored a particular figure with a result sheet duly signed by their agent that was subsequently changed at a Collation Centre. All we hear are sound bites of Atiku’s spokespersons, huffing and puffing about winning the election just to whip up public sentiments to prepare the ground to reject the results when they are eventually released by INEC.

For us our position is very simple and straight forward: we wish to allow the legal process of declaring presidential election results to take place peacefully and in an orderly fashion. President Buhari is not desperate, but is very confident of victory.

We also note their attempt to discredit the entire elections by certain isolated incidents of violence in some parts of the country. For instance, Lagos State that has more than 13,000 voting points recorded a very unfortunate, despicable and condemnable act of violence in one voting point that was clearly not perpetuated by any known or accredited member of our party. Yet the PDP has cried out to the world about ‘burning of ballot papers in most parts the country’.

We therefore wish to advice anyone who wishes to aid and encourage Alhaji Atiku Abubakar along this infamous part to remember the June 12 debacle. Alhaji Atiku Abubakar may also wish to learn a lesson or two from President Muhammadu Buhari who resorted to the court of law in 2003 when Atiku, along with President Olusegun Obasanjo, ‘defeated’ him in the presidential race in that year in controversial circumstances. President Buhari, as a true statesman and democrat, never resorted to underhand tactics to declare himself President.

We hope a word is enough for the wise.

Ghana’s former president John Mahama has scored a landslide primary victory to become the opposition candidate in the West African country’s 2020 elections.

Mahama was the overwhelming favourite among seven candidates, winning 95 percent of 213,487 votes cast on Saturday, making him the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress.

Mahama was president from 2012 to 2016, when he lost a re-election bid to President Nana Akufo-Addo of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) over a faltering economy and corruption allegations.

“Tonight, I want to serve notice to Ghana that from the outcome of this election, the NDC is strong,” Mahama said after his victory was announced.“The NDC is united.

The NDC is poised for victory in 2020. And nothing, absolutely nothing, can stop our march towards Flagstaff House (the seat of government),” Mahama said at the social democratic party’s headquarters in Accra.“It is a call to duty, a call to action and a call to battle. I wish that this fire will keep on burning… It is my hope that we will work together and eschew all attempts to divide us,” he said.

Ghana was one of Africa’s fastest growing economies in 2018, fuelled by a surge in oil and gas production. The former British colony is also a major producer of gold and cocoa.

The Peoples Democratic Party has rejected the official results by the Independent National Electoral commission for Further Alerts on Plots to Alter Election Results for Buhari
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) insists on the winning results already delivered at the polling units for the candidate of the people. Atiku Abubakar, and cautioned that Nigerians will not accept any figures except what was declared and collated from the pollingunits
The party says its is already aware that the Buhari Presidency has been mounting pressure on INEC and dispatching officials to change results in Rivers. Kaduna. Nasarawa, Kogi. Bauchi. Cross River. Borno. Yobe and Edo states among others, in a frenzy to allocate fictitious figures for the defeated President Buhari.
Pathetically. the Buhari Presidency is also threatening the South-East state governors to change results and carve a 259, for Mr. President, a scheme that has alreadyfailed.
In Bauchi state, we are aware of the plots to move thump-printed ballot papers and fabricated results from Bauchi to Dass Local Government Area to upturn PDP's victory in the results already delivered and announced at the polling units in thearea.
This is why the electoral officials have been delaying moving the results for final collation and announcement. If this plot fails. the APC plans to void the results forDass.
In spite of all these, our party assures Nigerians that the hope for a new government led Atiku, is already manifest.
Our agents and indeed. Nigerians, already have the results as delivered at the polling units and are not ready to accept anything to the contrary. President Buhari and the APC should therefore quietly come to terms with the fact that they have beendefeated.
The PDP therefore cautions INEC to respects the laws and electoral guideline by upholding and declaring results from the polling units as expressed by Nigerians on Saturday.
