A car thief was caught early Wednesday in Abakwa area of Kaduna state. The criminal stormed the area around 1:00 am this morning and attempted to hijack a vehicle.

He was nabbed by residents, beaten and tied to a pole. Photos below(Viewer discretion advised);

Because they speak hausa language still doesn't make them hausa people. They have their own distinctive languages(kataf, birom, jukun, etc). Hausa Christians are called maguzawa in the north and they are very few(almost non-existence). So are you going to call a fulani-man like me who speaks and understand almost every word in hausa language a hausa person?

These hausa Christians don't bear names like Bulus, ishaya, bamaiyi, etc. And this is my point of argument. Maybe the original poster should go and carry his research very well, but as far as am concern, this very article is misleading.

Bulus, ishaya, etc are NOT names used by "hausa Christians". These are names used by southern kaduna, borno, plateau and Taraba Christians. And these people have their distinctive language(s) which is not hausa.

Yes bro i get you perfectly well. But pls, i never based my argument on indigenes alone.

As much as a lot of Hausas and muslims from other states flock Kaduna, don't you think that many christians from other states also flock Kaduna?

Do you know how many Igbos and Benue people lived and were born in Kaduna for instance? Many other christians from places like Plateau, Taraba, Kogi, yoruba and even Niger delta also live in Kaduna (although yes I will agree with you that the muslim immigration to Kaduna should be slightly higher) considering the geographical location of Kaduna state (being closer to muslim states than christian states).

Infact if we are talking about original Kaduna indigenes (Zaria indigenes VS Southern Kaduna indigenes) there will be no need for any arguments. Southern kaduna indigenes willl beat Zaria indigenes in population hands down.
Too many people from Katsina state already living in Kaduna (considering the old Kaduna state). It's like Plateau and Nasarawa. Too many Nasarawa and Benue people living in Jos (cos of old Benue-Plateau state).

Pls are you referring to me? If you are, can you pls tell me by whom or where was this 60% muslim Kaduna state population ascertained? Can you please bring facts forward to buttress your claim?

Out of the 23 local govt areas that make up Kaduna state, 11-12 of them are dominated by christians and indigenous tribes who are mostly Christians. Can you disprove this?

Oga You have not answer my Question the tenant have told the landlord plain that he will not pay any house rent again without any reason. he have stayed for some months already without paying any money. are you saying the landlord should overlook him and wait for complete 6 months before talking action against the man. what if the landlord took loan to build the house then how do you expect him to pay back if every tenants begin to behave that way.

It has to be SIX MONTHS, for Yearly tenants.

Give them exactly SIX Months, to when their rent expires.

My brother I have same problem with my tenant,his rent expire since oct 22 I hv given him 6months quit notice since june,he begged me that he will renew d rent,after I have served him d notice now last month he called me and said he has 50k dat month ending of nov he will balance d remaining out of pity I collected I hv already served ouit notice o,now he is making problems telling me dat he has paid for 3months(50k) and he will not park it d 3months expires. tenants sha,what do I do

Did you appear in court when the case was mentioned? If yes you have instituted a legal ground.You and court need to reserv him d second time and d third time..and may runs for 9 months duratn..

Oga landlord. Paying rent a day after rent has expired? Have u ever been a tenant in someone's house before? Is that how u use to pay? Even in this present economic situation?


As for your tenant, hes obviously a trouble maker and a landlord like u that will ask his tenant to renew His rent a day after his rent has expired deserves some one like that

No i did not serve him Notice to Quit what i served him is Quit notice because the agreement which he signed before parking him in my house is that he must pay his rent a day after his rent expire .and he have make it clear to me that he will not pay for the rent so he have no plan to pay for the house rent so i have no other option than to serve him Quit notice since his rent have expired since August.
