A lady friend of mine once told me that every lady likes to be loved, but money makes it sweeter(receiving gifts, going shopping,bla bla bla), that at the begining stage of the relationship, it's love all the way, but on the long run, it's money that cements the relationship. From all she said, my own opinion is that it would be 60%money, 40%love, therefore it's money. So guys when ur babe starts behaving funny in the latter stage of ur relationship, u should no the reason and step up ur game aight.

@poster, why are u confusing people saying the lady deceived u into marrying her, from my analysis of ur posts, u're not married, @all, when u comment don't sympathise with the poster, cos he's not married. By the way if all the men want to marry a virgin, then what happens to the non-virgins, I know it's every mans wish to marry a virgin, but u don't know the circumstances surrounding the loss of her virginity; what if she was molested/raped,  what if someone has promised to marry her and out of naivety, she lost her virginity to him then later he broke up with her, she lost her virginity to someone she was to marry then probably, he died, and so the chain goes, u don't care wat was the reason behind her losing her virginity, but you want one by all cost. I know of a guy who says he  must marry a virgin at all cost, he tried the first, she wasn't, 2nd, she wasn't 3rd, she wasn't,and so it continued, in his quest for finding a virgin, was he still a virgin? NO but he wants a virgin by all cost, when he himself isn't, don't u think a lady too will be happy to know u lost ur virginity to her.

There's no problem about that, by the way are u older than him, if u are the first born and he's the last born does not have anything to do with your age and hasn't got anything to do with love. Let love lead the way.

Won't like that to happen, i'm a very good cook, so if my girl friend isn't really such a good cook, i'll be tempted to do the cooking, most of the time cos i love to eat sumptuous meals everytime, i'm pretty sure it will have an effect on her, and she won't get to hear those sweet words like: this is the best meal i've ever had, u're the best book in the world, u've trapped me thru my stomach. For example, in my family, my sisters are good cooks, but am also a wonderful cook so sometimes when i wanna cook, she'll say I shouldn't, confessing that she doesn't want me to cook everytime, cos the more I cook, the better I become, and that she would not like her hubby to be too much of a cook, so he can really appreciate her efforts. If that's coming from my sister, then what would be going thru my girl friends mind, even though she doesn't voice it out.

@ Roki, what i can draw from above statement is that you will only appreciate the words from your close ones, then wateva any other person tells u is just flattering, this is to say that sweet words spoken to you by 70% of the people u'll meet in ur life are fake then which in this case are not close to you, and u'll only appreciate 30% of the sweet words spoken to you by others i.e your close ones, don't you think that's funny. You can only get the truth from a neutral person which u assume as flattery, that's kinda odd.

@Roki, I can bet u, 99.9% of women like sweet words, and if i'm not mistaken that includes you, even the world renowned Margaret Thatcher no matter how tough she is would have a soft spot for sweet words. @Michelline, in some cases,that's true for instance if a guy u like calls you like 4 times a day, u'll say "oh he's so caring, but if someone u don't like calls the same no of times, u'll say this guy is a pest. What would attract ur attention to the guy is wat he says and how well he says it. In the case of those two guys, it's like 2 people applying for a job, one has a 2nd class upper(the guy u like) and the other has a 2nd class lower(the guy you don't like) at this stage, the job should go to the one with a 2nd class upper, but wat can help the guy with a second class lower(the guy u don't like) are his back ups, for instance masters, P.hd, invariably, the job will go to the guy with a 2nd class lower living the guy with a 2nd upper jobless. My above view is based on the feature of the guy which u don't like(if the guy is ugly, no matter how hard he tries, it may be futile). In all saying sweet words to a lady and saying it well, really goes a long way. Guys use it, it's in ur lips, it doesn't cost a dime.

@hbabe, tell 'em baby, tell 'em. Your maturity never ceases to amaze me, ur pragmatic responses are wonderful. Your hubby will enjoy in every ramification(u know what I mean na). @coolier, am not in the 21st century, i'm in the 956BC, don't make me start this new year on a bad note, can't you give ur responses without asking obnoxious questions. @poster, I love treating ladies well, cos I grew amongst ladies, so I know their feelings, so a washing machine will be there in the house, but on the basis off there not being a washing machine, my wifey just has to do it, take for instance ur friend/husband's friend/ur mother/father/in-law/pastor comes to visit then meets u in the parlour watching TV and then asks of ur hubby, how will u feel when you say he's washing his clothes, i'm sure if this case should arise, u may even end up saying he's resting, justifying the fact that it ain't right. (Quod erat demostrandum). Not withstanding, I would definitely assist my wife in house chores, and also in the kitchen, (am a very good cook). My view of this topic is limited to husband and wife not boyfriend and girlfriend(I won't let my girlfriend wash my clothes, even if she tells me she wants to do it)

^^^ I stated it earlier that people love sweet words, but women really love it as in hyper, may be God put it in their heart, cos women could be very difficult, and the only way they could sometimes be controlled is thru sweet words. But some men fail to use it, maybe it's pride, but wateva the case, say those sweet words to her, it softens their heart. The power is in your tongues, use it and leave pride.

It's normal, people love hearing nice words, but I don't know why women love sweet words so very much, no matter how strong/tough a lady is, when a sweet word is said to her, u notice that even though she doesn't want one to see how the word excites her, u'll see a little smile on her face, no matter how Jezebel-like a lady is, sweet words would soften her heart, at least for the period the word is said to her, even when a lady is angry, and u say a sweet word to her, it pacifies her at least for that period. What could possibly be the reason for this?
