The person was experienced hire not graduate trainee. So the question is "has any person who wrote on the 11th july at Q nQ centre for graduate trainee been contacted?"

When we wrote the test that day those HR peeps said regardless of Graduate trainee or Experienced everyone is on same level, since we were narrowed down to a particular job role. So if anyone that wrote at Q&Q on the 11th got a feedback, it relates to everyone.

As regards the UBA salary, that's a lie. Uba pays higher than that.

I just saw the scene of the accident and it's really annoying. It's painful that this keeps happening time and time again. What are the necessary measures taken to curb this? What are the penalties? At the end of the day, this containers kill people yet the driver of the container escapes unhurt.

Now I see . What was wondering the cause of this traffic. May God save us from untimely death.

A world leading french insurance company named Axa group just acquired mansard which now bears Axamansard. It makes them a multi-national insurance company.

They did well while they were an indigenous company. Then you shouldn't expect less from them.

Bro, no doubt mansard is a good place (thanks to the gtbank factor) but their recruitment process sucks .... That asides Uba is also a multinational bank mind you. And I know the banking sector is a tough place to work( in terms of deadlines, time and target, but it's still one of the most lucrative sector to work. The most important thing is to make your mark and not to relax when getting salary but to always have a long term future plan and exit plan also...I have seen lots of successful bankers too, but what we get to see most times on the internet are complains of the pained workers...

Bro there is no use stating verbatim of what I said... The ED interview is nothing difficult, just be able to think on your feet. The woman is friendly and accommodating .

During my first interview, the lady said it's 1 year but max 2 years... I asked another staff, he confirmed same.

No it wasn't ED that said so, it was the HR guy... And about the dropping, a guy that was dropped told me.

Every interview is important too, even yday been the final interview, some people were dropped... Good luck bro.

Just had my ED interview, Was awesome.... ED smiled, looked me in the face and said "since you know all this, you are our Man, welcome on board" #Happy

I don't know about other regions, but you can't gate crash at the HQ in Lagos. U can prolly gate crash to drop your cv though, then you could be invited for subsequent tests.

Yes I did. The interviewers cared less about it. Their main interest was in what I had to offer.

Lol seems you dont knw who the ED is? the ED is a lady and its a one on one interview, she is the overall head and its the last stage of your interview.
You still have psychometric test to do before you meet her. Lagos zone you go through 4-5 interview stages. Other zones are 2-3 interview stages.

Lol. I had a one on one with a woman yday, thought that was the ED interview. The HR guy called me this evening and said the panel interview with the ED is 2moro he didn't mention anything about psychometric test (though I observed previous sets have done this) ... This would be my 3rd interview

So what kinda questions should i expect from the ED?

Rocked my punk haircut several times for interviews... The most important thing is for the hair to be neat. lowcut, punk , skin is ideal though.

no calculator allowed, infact you dont need a calculator. 1hour, 50 questions , 25 maths, 25 english. Its CBT as soon as you complete the test, you would be notified if you passed or failed.

Just when i thought i was done with interviews. I have the panel interview with the ED tomorrow, which is the final interview at Marina. Anyone having same ?
