Offcourse I know what the question was, and what I put up there should narrow his decision... They both have their importance and one just can't be written off. I know ATS prefers word documents but newer models of ATS also supports PDF.... A friend of mine forwarded her cv to me for review and it came with a very bad format, I could hardly even comprehend something's in the cv. Imagine that cv being sent to recruiters, there would definitely be no reply. This won't happen with a pdf formatted cv....

My point now is if you are sure and very comfortable your Ms word formatted cv won't be scattered when sent to recruiters, go ahead with it, else use a more reliable pdf cv, better still , send your cv twice, one with pdf the other with doc.

It’s more than likely that resumes for small- to medium-sized businesses will be screened and reviewed by humans. In those cases, sending a PDF resume can be a safe bet.


The main issue is that word documents most times loses it's formatting , but that never happens with pdf....

Lol. I once dated a lady like this trust me it was headache. I loved very much, but the distrust made me lose interest and kill the love, because if I eventually married her, I would be an unhappy man. Women, yeah men are deceptive, pretenders and all, but sometimes give him breathing space , because he might have genuinely being stuck with stuffs but the constant nagging and distrust would eventually push him to get "solace".

I as a person would not beat my woman, cause I fill it's plain unnecessary, I rather point out things I don't like to her and train her the way I deem fit that would avoid conflict between we both. But trust me, some women are naturally stubborn (prolly family background, ideologies etc) in such cases, if you don't put her in the right place (beating could be involved) she terms the man a weak man, it's no longer news that some ladies feel a man that doesn't beat them is weak (weird way of reasoning right? But I have come across some) .... Just as flogging a child doesn't completely solve a problem permanently , beating a stubborn woman doesn't change her, it only puts her back on track. I don't support it, but if necessary, it can be employed.

Something must have transpired that gave the brother in-law the courage to ask for that from his Elder brothers wife, she must either have been too friendly with the boy hence sending the wrong signals or the boy is just a complete jerk. Let the lady in question give him a stern warning, but should he not back down, she has to tell her hubby.

The amount you spend should depend on the kinda lady in question, the location of the date and your pocket power. Where exactly do u plan on having the date? Restaurant, fast food, park, cinema ? Or buka ? . When you pick one here, then the average amount to be spent can be determined .
