Atiku is wrong here. Every leader wants to be independent. Buhari is on his own in government with his cabinet. He might be advised by Tinubu, no doubt but the advise may not be implemented. So it will be out be a fault of Tinubu that Buhari failed having assisted him.to power. There are so many contending issues that if not resolved asap, the incoming administration is bound to be hampered. Meanwhile, the insecurity could have been worse. Kudos to PMB but we could do better!
