shomutuski: This is a blessing in disguise am sorry to say, it will show all those good for nothing religious fanatics that the ongoing war worldwide on this earth is political and is solely for world domination. America, france, england, israel and the likes are all involved one way or the other. Take a look at the gulf war btw iraq and kuwait. Usa supplied unlimited weapons to both iraq and kuwait just for them to acquire the oil rich gulf coast. Same said for the protection of saudi arabia. When saddam hussein refused to do their bidding they killed him and instated a pawn there. Libya case nko? Still Usa that donated all the weapon the militants used. Israel and Gaza war nko? Usa. All for world domination. Think of it. When the seat of usa president is been mentioned they will call it the strongest seat of power! Who dash them? Shey they do election ni? Anytime wahala shele Usa go don run interfere just to be called Baba Agba. We need to open our eyes well and see what is hidden. A thought provoking story.research on Al mustapha story of abiola death involving USa secretary of state then- Condolezza Rice. I'm glad there are people like you who can see in the dark. Your points is one reason I won't pity the US when nemesis come knocking at their door. |

I stop liking the country when the manipulated Obosanjo to handover bakassi to Cameroon. This country will soon break, I see bloody revolution, I see army taking arms against the civilian... edogirl2: It said that the flight was covered by a diplomatic clearance given by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abuja, noting that the Autonov 124 Russian commercial plane was forced to land at the Kano airport because of dense air traffic at Ndjamena airport,Chad.
If the plane's stop in Kano was impromptu due to 'dense traffic in Ndjamena airport,' then it means the plane was not originally scheduled to stop on Nigerian soil. So how and why did France obtain prior diplomatic clearance 'given by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abuja.'
Secondly, the suggestion of dense air traffic at Chad's airport is laughable. How many flights leave or enter that airport per day.
Thirdly, if France indeed obtain diplomatic clearance from Nigeria, I would have thought its landing in Kano would not surprised Nigerian officials (DSS etc), and not only were they surprised, they ordered its detention and search
Fourth, why would Nigeria grant diplomatic clearance for a gun running exercise between France and its puppet nation Chad
The truth is far from what is being revealed. This was a gun running exercise by France that went awry. They have been scrambling behind closed doors all weekend to get Nigerian government (fast becoming another France puppet) to agree to this made up story of prior diplomatic clearance. We the ordinary people are not fooled. God bless you for this clinical analysis. This government should grow some balls and look straight into dem France, Russia an US eye. I won't be surprise if Boko Boy come out hard in 2015 as predicted by US. The story will be like ...sometimes in february. |

Islam › Is Their An Ongoing Evolution Taking Place In Islam? No Offense! by ManTiger(op): 3:14am On Dec 07, 2014 |
I'll be brief.
1. Sometimes in 2009, I saw a group of muslim ummuh(females) and ummah(males) making an awareness of a program within the neighbor and apart from the PA system used, I saw some ummah with drums just like what the boys brigade normally use in ceremonies.
2. I once came across a muslim guy preaching in the bus, something that wasn't so common in the past.
3. A friend who reside in another location said "there is a young muslim couple who normally visit other muslims mostly younger ones and discuss with them from the holy book (hadith) and also encourage them to observe prayers among other things.
4. Sunday worship, its called Asalat (Asalatu). Very uncommon 10yrs,20yrs ago.
5. This you won't believe, as I'm typing, some muslims (ogunse) in my neighborhood is observing a vigil and the Alfa has being quoting verses from the Holy Bible while he also has an English interpreter. Obviously the man is a scholar!
Thus the question, is their an evolution going on? No offense meant.
You're free to add what you've noticed in your neighborhood. |

@Standupguy; I've taken my time to read through your post, response et al. Permit me to say you're smart but don't be too smart in your own sight because you personal knowledge might not get you far, hence the purpose of the forum. The closing balance of #85 and that of #1.5m won't land you a TRV! I understand you've paid a tuition plus you have a FD, bear In mind that you're not directly a beneficiary.
Lemme share my experience. I applied for my bro at MUN, mum SOA total credit was #29m in 6mths and Total Debit was #25m in same duration and was very bulky, I never knew about this trend and never knew how to merge docs so I uploaded the very first page where the whole info were and the last credit on that page was #4. Though tuition few was paid and he got refused!
We reapplied in 5days after and the boy is now in Canny.
You have a good case but I'll advice you to figure out what you did wrong instead of claiming you're right and as covered all loopholes, well as for me, I'll suggest you tune up the SOA to 4m upward. Total Credit/debit is just a formality.

rooftech: someday, sometime you will live to regret most of your posts,i am from south south.lives is being lost here. Bro, he hasn't said anything wrong. The question is, is this the one Nigeria we wanted/needed? It is already bloody, it could be bloodier. The Central govt promised us security and they are failing us. The issue of BH started in 2009 and it has become MANE and the FG is Clueless about the solution. What started as a political thug by Alimodu Sheriif is not being recognized. It might never have been like this if there was no almagamation, it might never had being like this if each zone has gone on their own, could it? The Igbos were molested, maimed, dispossed, raped and killed just for what? Why can't the FG start the same and put an end to the BH terrorism? Boko Haram has come to stay, the issue of terrorism has come to stay, if it could stopped, it would have been stopped but nothing serious/spectacular has been done. Its a pity that on beautiful country is not a shadow of herself, but should Nigeria break today, I can only but pity the north, their politicians and their traditional rulers. RIP to the dead. Screw the FG. Screw the Basttard Boko Haram who has no balls to blow up the National Assembly but just the defenseless citizens. Bleep Bleep Bleep Bleep Gej for making empty promises for the citizenry. Com'on Jonah, show the Boko boys that you're truly the Commander In Chief of Armed Forces. Take the war into Sambisa forest, chase them into chat republic, chase them into cameroon boarders, slash the high value attached to political offices that makes people scrammbles for it, reduce the cost of governance, solve the issue of electricity,... Is this all difficult to achieve? . . . Story for the gods. |

Politics › Re: Emir Of Kano, Sanusi Visits Mosque After Deadly Attack by ManTiger(m): 9:31pm On Nov 29, 2014 |
lalasticlala: The Emir of Kano, Muhammed Sanusi II, on Saturday said Nigeria’s Muslims will not be intimidated into abandoning Islam following coordinated bomb and gun attacks on the city’s central mosque that left at least 120 people dead.
“We will never be intimidated into abandoning our religion, which is the intention of the attackers,” the emir said during a 20-minute-visit to the mosque shortly after his return to the country.
The mosque adjoins his palace in the city. Sanusi was out of Nigeria on Friday, when the deadly assault on the mosque occurred.
Last week, the emir — who is the country’s second most senior Muslim cleric — made a call at the same mosque urging civilians to take up arms against the Islamist extremist group Boko Haram. But during his visit, he implicitly dismissed widespread speculation that the attack was in retaliation to that call.
“From all indications, they (attackers) have been planning this for at least two months,” Sanusi said in Hausa, the dominant language in northern Nigeria.
The emir, who did not give details supporting that assertion, directed the place be washed and cleaned, an AFP correspondent at the scene reported. Pieces of flesh, blood splatters, broken floor tiles, abandoned footwear and prayer mats littered the mosque when the emir visited the mosque.
– Blood on mosque’s walls –
Bloodstains were also noticeable at the entrance and on the walls of the mosque. The bomb blasts had left gaping holes in the ceiling of the sprawling religious edifice.
“I have directed that the mosque be washed and cleaned and prayers should continue here,” Sanusi said.
He did comment on the victims of the attack.
Hundreds of residents and faithfuls thronged the outside of the mosque to catch a glimpse of the scene of the carnage. Carcasses of dozens of burnt motorcycles and cars as well as water bottles and hand fans were scattered around the area.
A senior rescue official late Friday gave AFP the preliminary death toll of 120. The official also said that at least 270 people were wounded in the attack, which saw two suicide bombers blow themselves up and gunmen opened fire during weekly prayers in Kano, the biggest city in the mainly Muslim north of the country.
Kano State acting police chief, Sanusi Lemu, told journalists that three of the attackers were grabbed and killed by the enraged mob.
He did not give further details.
Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan vowed Saturday to hunt down those behind the “heinous” attack.
A statement from his office said he had “directed the security agencies to launch a full-scale investigation and to leave no stone unturned until all agents of terror … are tracked down and brought to justice”.
He urged Nigerians “not to despair in this moment of great trial in our nation’s history but to remain united to confront the common enemy,” the statement said.
More than 13,000 people are thought to have died since Boko Haram began its insurgency in 2009.
