(a) PRODUCTION TECHNICIANS (2)

Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for operation of filling machine assigned to him within the production department in accordance to operating instructions and established standard parameters for the product being produced, including CIP cleaning.

· Responsible for the monitoring and recording of Critical Control Points and Control Points of the production line and reporting to the supervisor any deviations.

· Responsible for keeping machines in clean condition whether in operation or on standby.

· Responsible to achieve the required quantity of finished products with a good quality (net content, pH for semi- finished/finished product, no. off units/crate. etc.) according to standard specification.

· Responsible to follow all Hygiene rules & GMP regulations in the conduct of all his duties and responsibilities as a production machine operator..

Reports machine problems to supervisor and coordinates with line mechanics for quick reactions to solve any machine problems.

· Assist the supervisors in the training (on the job) of line workers in the various production activities of the line operation.

· Fill professionally the production report and other related documents as required.

· Ensure that no work accident within the limit of responsibilities · Carries out any other task that is assigned by immediate superior Profile 1. Minimum of 1year experience in packaging and processing or manufacturing environment 2. National Diploma (ND) or City and Guild in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical), or other relevant diploma in Engineering,Food Science,Science Lab Tech and related Professions

(b) MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS (1)

Key Responsibilities

· Carry out on all line operations troubleshooting and repairs; improving performance of injection/blow molding or line and water processing.

Carry out maintainanace of Automatic Sealing and Packing Machine

· Keep work environment clean, organized and safe.

· Understand current line efficiency, performance and quality indicators and issues affecting each.

·

· Be familiar with and monitor all running equipment to include normal running parameters, set points, package integrity, etc.

Co-ordinate and monitor changeovers to include changeover parts set-up, plan, manpower assignments and assessment of changeover success.

· Support line operations and operations planning coordinator in training of operators on equipment operations and preventive maintenance.

· Be able to run each piece of line equipment if needed during an emergency.

· Participate in planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance co-coordinated through operations planning coordinator.

· Participate in all Fast Track, CI and Line specific meetings and reviews.

· Adhere to and follow ‘’maintenance tools and parts policies.’’

Profile

2. OND/NCE in any Field

3. SSCE/GCE/WAEC/NECO with 4 credits (in not more than 2

5.Experience in driving sales truck is a must with the possession of a valid drivers  licence

 

(d) STORE KEEPER/CASHIER        

Key Responsibilities

· Receiving of materials from suppliers.

· Push dispatching of finished goods to Van sales rep

· Liaise with laboratory for the release of raw materials and packaging materials to enable released materials issues to production.

· Maintains and controls storage of materials.

· Maintain accurate stock records and partake in the monthly and yearly stock taking with accounts department for better stock control.

· Carry out the cleaning and housekeeping of the Factory/warehouse to achieve Capricon hygine rules ·

· 1 year experience in a similar role

· OND in social sciences.

· Computer literate

· Good communication skills

· Excellent ability to use initiative and work with minimum supervision.

My brother,i advise you to go ahead with your plans.Life is a risk and going abroad for a masters degree is worth it.But i will throw some questions to you.
1.Do you have enough pay to sustain you for at least 6 months after graduation?
2.Have you thought of using less than 2 million to get a masters from a good private university(inclusive tuition and cost of living) like convenant or reedemers and use the rest to set up a business or even fix it till the end of your masters degree programe in a bank.After your masters,you can proceed for your PHD in canada or USA.As a phd student,the opportunities are much more than that of Masters inclusive of scholarships).
3.While doing your masters in say convenant for less than 2m including living cost,the diffrence of say 3m or more saved from going to US oR canada,you can fix 2million in T-bills and risk doing a business like car importation from US or Canada with 1m.Within the duration of your masters,you may be lucky to use that 1m to import car thrice and make like 150k per importation.
Bros,on the other hand,if you have money that can make you live the kind of life you want to live at leat one year after your graduation in US,then pls go ahead with your dreams.
