Looke mate, we are always quick to criticizing people's actions. We should always understand that we can't accept every shits the same way not just because of foolishness, most humans can't handle shocks like this, some would walk away, some wouldn't.
What matters as a human is to remain calm when disrespected, it's the key to avoiding dramas. I'm sure the man didn't intend to kill him, but anger, you might think people are healthy a hard blow could kill them instantly.
So things like this are done from mistakes not foolishness.
