Washington fears those missiles could be used to carry a nuclear warhead at some point in the future, even after Iran implemented a nuclear deal with world powers in January that imposes strict limits and checks on its disputed nuclear program.

Iran's missile program is subject to U.N. Security Council resolution 2231 that calls on the Islamic Republic not to develop missiles designed to be capable of carrying nuclear warheads. Iran says its missiles are solely a conventional deterrent.

Washington said Tuesday's missile tests would not violate the Iran nuclear deal itself, under which Tehran has won relief from economic sanctions. That deal was also endorsed in resolution 2231. Politics in Rivers state is quite interesting, because has always been about about "chop-i-chop", that's why most youths were supporting Wike during d elections. They assumed that PDP would retain d power at d centre, but they miscalculated. With this new govt, they are just getting enlightened now about the wrong choice of a Governor they made. Then my thoughts went to the power we now enjoy its improvement, the building of the highest rice producing plant in Africa, the building of Silos, Auto mobile industries relocating to Nigeria, creation of more universities to provide adequate learning and job opportunities, Youwin, and many others.
