And why should lenders lend money to such a refinery if they won't get their money back?

20 licences have been issued for private refineries, Dangote included. Does that strike you as government not letting people set up refinery?

Government owned refineries have been with us before Buhari came ( though not working) to power, he promised to fix our refineries but for 8 years he didn't; PH, Warri, Kaduna all have refineries but were not fixed by the government.

Good morning, i saw the pictures attached to the thread and i must commend you but also point out something: cooking meat and ice/fresh fish together at the same time is not how it's done.

Meat must be the first and should be boiling for like 10/20 minutes before you put the fish. This is the best way it's done or else your fish will not be seen when you are done cooking.

Hmmmm!!! The places you mentioned are not planned and beside no constant power supply.

I visited a friend at Karmo and i felt bad; Gwagwa and Karmo are within the same route. I personally will prefer Life Camp to these places you mentioned.
