I understand what u're going thru, and I can catergorically tell u that 60% of men ejacul*te within 2 to 10min, which is quite normal. The threshold of most men is lower than that of most ladies. Most ladies have higher threshold, and take quite awhile to get them to wet, or cum, or experince orgasm. In ur case, if the problem is not pre-mature ejacul*tion(in which u cum seconds into the action), then ur girlfriend likely has much higher threshold, and u have to be subtle in every sexual encounter.

I would like a second opinion on my chest pain and dizziness, started about three weeks ago, I have the pains as a sharp pain in the center of my chest i feel it more when i lie on my back or when i bend forward. The dizziness happens mostly in the morning.

My blood pressure is always between 120/80 and 135/90 when i have exercised. My second xray about a week after the first at a different place showed normal heart size, a second ECG that was taken pre and post exercise had the following conclusions (Inferolateral strain, myocardia infarction)

If this was infact a myocardial infarction as the second ECG states wouldn't i have known this and why does the chest pain persist, and is pronounced only when i lean backward or lean forward, also i do not have the pain when i exercise so i want to rule out Angina.

Any help will be appreciated i can't make sense of this.

Well, if your BP is normal, and your ECG is normal as well, with a normal cholesterol level, then my take to the cause of your angina is either thrombo-embolism, or myocardial ischemia.

It's quite normal. Let me explain what happened.

The period you stopped bre*stfeeding your baby, your prolactin level started dropping. But your hubby didn't give you, or better still your body, enough time to adjust its prolactin level, back to it's normal level. He regularly stimulates your bre*st during sex, and bre*st stimulation has a toll on prolactin level. Thus, your prolactin increases.

As soon as he discontinues the bre*st stimulation, within a short period, the prolactin level will normalise.

I don't think it's galactorrhea. I think it's a case of high prolactin level, probably from bre*st stimulation during sex.

Your wife's spontaneous abortion has a tie with one or more of those differentials.

It could actually be a case of 'Anembryonic pregnancy'. A condition in which a blighted ovum(immature egg) implants in the uterine wall and begins to develop partially untill the pregnancy gets botched.

It's likely she has a high FSH/LH ratio.

Why didn't you guys seek the help of a gynae after her first botched pregnancy?

The part I found so shocking was what she said about me not advising her to run a pelvic scan. Gosh! Go through all my contributions on this thread and count the number of replies I gave where I recommended pelvic, HVS mcs, urine culture, seminanalysis, hormonal assay/profiling, and so on.

I can't imagine a lady who is TTC dishing out curses. How on earth does she want God to favour her, when she's using the devil's tools offensively.

My only advice for her is to be smart and subtle. We had a good relation, a small misunderstanding came up and her friend, then her, came openly to impede the advice I render here by disclosing confidential dealings we had, and I on my part had to be the man I am by holding barred some sensitive detail which could have been used in my defence.

But she doesn't seem to realise that a day might come when she and the 'wafi' gal might also have a slight misunderstanding, and she'll openly divulge all her personal and marital issues that she unwittingly discussed with her.
