Is it me that many Indians, Chinese, Filipinos and others are coming to Nigeria to do business both legal and illegal. But at the same time, many Nigerians just want to relocate or Japa. They make good money here in Nigeria , and do well here. Is that Nigeria do not have skilled workers? When they hire in Nigeria, they pay their fellow countrymen very well but pay Nigerians slave wages in many cases.

Nigerians face discriminations, ridicule and so on, Nigerians do menial jobs in their countries that pay poorly. Dubai has put a visa restriction on Nigerians below a certain age if I am corrected. Many Nigerians are locked up in prison for drug offenses, or various crimes offense.
Now small African countries like Ghana are shouting they do not want Nigerians in their country.

rich foreigners with capital in dollars are the ones coming. The average Nigerian has no access to capital. Foreigners are also more respected here than the average Nigerian. Bank loans are like 30% you expect the poor Nigerian to take that for business? 😂😂.

An NYSC friend of mine was earning 25k back then, he later found his way to Dubai as a security guard 110k with accommodation . Few years ago when i was processing my permanent residency visa to Canada. A friend introduced me to a lady in USA who was looking for husband. So when i was 20 i applied for study permit. At the time i was doing nysc and working in tech (entry level) but in my SOP. I inly said that i was doing NYSC. I didnt mention that i worked as i didnt want them to know i was doing nysc and working because i was supposed to be working in my PPA but was running it as i needed tech experience.

In my work permit i also didnt declare this work experience as i had work lined up in canada so i just used that and didnt bother using anything else as i thought it didnt matter.

Now in my pr application i declared the experience i did in nigeria. I added reference letter, offer letter and a picture of me and my colleagues at work. Im now seeing that people are getting misrepresentation ban for what i did and i dont know what to do.

Im in canada and all my experience shows progress and i have the documents for them. I make a good living here now and have a son on the way. How could i make such a silly mistake that can ruin my life. Has anyone else gone through this successfully? Should I submit an LOE or just wait from word from IRCC?

Funny thing is I received my study permit at the work place. I have proof from VFS canada that my passport was sent to the work address im claiming for work experience. this all is just making me super paranoid.

no one will give a stranger online care visa job offer under normal circumstances . The care visa stuff is for Philippino women as they dominate that industry. For the few Nigerians that can afford to employ a caregiver ( able to pay minimum wage of about 30k) they would rather use it to help a family member or someone they know. Not an online stranger.

I think we need to be careful with the opinions we express here.
