I got a tab that the picture quality is not at par with
the 5 mega pixel indicated on the description and
browsing with Airtel is almost impossible . So I
chatted with the seller for refund but he insisted that I
will be charged 15% of the cost if I returned the item .
Already I paid almost $13 to ship it to Lagos and will
spend same to send it back . This means that I will
loss $26 plus %15% which is about $27.
I am thinking of opening a dispute because I can't
lose that much money for something that's not my
fault .

bskglobal: To your request You may open a dispute but the item should be returned as it is packed for your money to be released to you. Contack the seller first he may agree to refund you without returning the item' i hope this help!
