Hello fruitful mothers, pls if progesterone is low ie 0.5, can u determine ovulation using BBT Chart.
I have been charting this cycle since on the 16th and i have not noticed anything, and b/w Mar to Apr cycle was 30days. Am always having irregular cycles. Cheers

HoneyBony: @All; I think we shud all beware of those that give concoctions.I've heard of a place in port harcourt called Obigbo that people go their to collect concoction and they say it certain that u will conceive and have a baby @ a price of 500k.But what I keep telling them is that it is only God that is certain anything else is nt real.
I've heard of 3 people that went there; Mrs A,B and C. Mrs A went there to collect concoction,she conceived and gave birth to a baby but the baby dies 7days later.
Mrs B went there to collect concoction,during the time she was taking the concoction she had a dream that she and some women are queuing up in front of IROKO tree begging for a child.I think God want to save her that is why she got the revelation.
Mrs C went there to collect concoction,she conceived and gave birth to a baby boy that is almost 2yrs old now b'cos it worked for her the first time she decided to go for another baby.
I learnt dat they don't pay a dine until day of delivery,you also cannot attend any other hospital except there's own,and they will be the one to tell u when u'll give birth.
As I was saying Mrs C went there d second time but when it time for delivery she did have 500k to pay so they told her she can't deliver until she get the money complete.since them she has been carrying the pregnancy for almost a year and half.She went to the hospital they couldn't find any baby inside her womb,she now decided to go to the church where the pastor pray for her but the pastor told her to go back to where they tie her womb that they will be the one to untie it.
Can you now see that she decided to dine with the devil and the devil has taken charge of her life.

Some people react to the usual water based lubes like preseed or ky so this is a clean oil-based lubricant though you need to use sparingly and not so heavily.
Olive oil is heavier in mass than coconut oil so I prefer coconut oil.

For the times I used it, I made it myself to be sure it was virgin and had no contamination. I just grind the coconut meat and seive then boil the milk in a clean pot till it dries and the oil is on top but I always stand nearby so it doesn't fry or burn. At the first sign of the oil without the milk residue burning I drain into container.

I heard that saliva affects it, i dont know how true it is and i've heard about preseed and softcup, though i have not tried any of them. That reminds me, pls can i buy softcup and preseed in lagos. The event which is third in the series made the 77 graduates smile home with N 500,000 each.
The previous first class graduates went home with a car each, but this year the number rose from 15 to 77 so Dr. Olukoya settled for cash, which they could use to further their education or start something.

The breakdown of the graduates showed that University of Lagos (UNILAG) top the list with 12 graduates which cut across various disciplines, followed by University of Ibadan with nine of such graduates while one is from Central University College, Accra, Ghana.

Speaking at the occasion, Pastor Shade Olukoya, who presented the award praised the graduates for dedication to their academic work and serving God at the same time.

According to her, the award was put in place to reward members of MFM who are dedicated to their academic work while also creating time to serve the Almighty God.

Yesterday i went to see my doctor with DH fertility result, doctor told me that the result is too poor, that the sperm cannot even fertilise any egg even for a goat, that he won't treat me again till DH gets better, i felt so bad but said immediately in my heart that the statement is just his opinion, God has not said his. I left but i cried from hospital to home, as if dats not enough, AF showed its ugly face in the midnight.
Right now frnds, i dnt knw what to do, i hv been diagonised of hyperprolactin, PCOS, fibroid. All these for one person.
Now mamaT has talked about abusing ibrufen Ãήϑ odas. I dnt knw if anyone has abused those drugs more than me. I do hv heavy pains during AF right from my teenage days, i hv been taking felvin, ibrufen Ãήϑ odas even its overdose. I just took ibrufen dis morning before i saw the post.

My BBT chart is reads 33+- 34, i hardly get 35 and above that is why i always go for follicle scan to determine my ovulation. I just bought another Thermometer (OMRON). I will start using it on my next cycle if am not pregnant. How many hours of sleep do i need b/4 taking the bbt chart. I normally wakes up around 1.00-2.00am to ease myself and finally get up between 5.00-5.30am in the morning to take it. I dont see egg-white during my ovulation but my follicle scan always confirm my ovulation. Is anything wrong with that. I want to try omega 3-6-9, Vit: B6(100mg), D3(1000mg), C65mg and folic Acid(400mcg), from my next cycle. Hope is ok and which product is better. Lately, i have been having temperature. I will be 34 by JULY

Since this year, my hubby always have weak erection and i have been given him alot of vegies and fruits especially banana and carrot. Its really disturbing him. I also noticed that his semen does not penetrate well inside. He will be 35 by August. Pls advice. Cheers.

Vitamins that help women ovulate
Vitamin D
According to The Telegraph website,vitamin D can improve fertility in women suffering from ovulation disorders. Low levels of vitamin D can cause problems with ovulation. Obtaining an adequate amount of vitamin D is difficult in the winter because there is less sunlight and people get the majority of their vitamin D requirements from the sun. The website Natural Health Solutions states that vitamin D playsan important role in calcium absorption and regulation and thus may help to normalize the development of a woman's follicles--fluid-filled sacs in the ovaries that contain immature eggs--and increase her odds of ovulating. Calcium assists with egg maturation and normal follicular development. The recommended daily intake of vitamin D is 1,000mg.
Vitamin B6
According to the website Stages in Pregnancy, taking vitamin B6 can improve a woman's chances of ovulating. Vitamin B6 is water soluble and it regulates a woman's hormones. This vitamin aids in restoring luteal phase defects in women experiencing ovulation problems. The luteal phase (the timefrom ovulation to menstruation) should be more than 10 days long (11 to 16 days is the norm) for ovulation to occur. If it is shorter than 10 days, it is called a luteal phase defect. The Vitamin Shoppe states that vitamin B6 lowers the amount of prolactin in the system. In high amounts, prolactin can disrupt ovulation and cause a woman's monthly cycle to become irregular. The recommended daily intake of vitamin B6 is 100mg.
Folic Acid
The Daily Mail website states that each year couples suffer from the infertility because the woman ovulates erratically or not at all. Women who consistently take folic acid have a lower risk of suffering problems with egg production and ovulation disorders. The website Baby Hopes states that folic acid helps to produce red blood cells as well as norepinephrine and serotonin (chemical components of the nervous system). Folic acid also helps to synthesize genetic material in every cell of the body and normalize brain function. Taking folic acid before conception reduces the risk of neural-tube defects such as spina bifida. The March of Dimes states that folic acid plays an important role in the production of normal red blood cells. An adequate amount of folic acid may help prevent strokes and cancers in somewomen. The recommended daily intake of folic acid for women of childbearing age is at least 400mcg.
Vitamin C
Medline Plus states that vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that is necessary for the body to form collagen in bones, cartilage, muscle and blood vessels. The website Natural Fertility Info states that vitamin C supports ovulation by stabilizing hormone levels, keeping the immune system healthy and aiding in iron absorption. According to Baby Hopes, vitamin C causes the body to produce more water, which increases cervical mucus. In addition,vitamin C may be able to aid in conception by making the walls of blood vessels stronger and by fighting infections, which can interfere with ovulation. The recommended daily intake of vitamin C is 65mg.
Iron
According to Natural Fertility Info, iron is a blood-building nutrient thatincreases fertility by helping to balance ovulation. The website Welcome Baby Home states that iron is responsible for the production of hemoglobin (red blood cells). Iron taken with vitamin C improves fertility. According to Welcome Home Baby, a deficiency iniron causes anemia, which can disrupt ovulation. Iron supplements can cause constipation, so it is important to increase water and fiber intake when taking this vitamin. The recommended daily intake of iron is 54mg

MSTIA: @Shiloh tnx dear for checking on me. You all are always in my prayers. Am almost there ooo, Less than 8wks to go. I am grateful to God.
@ pink God is ur strength. As for the supplements, Let me state once more what I did differently b4 I got my BFP. I used Vit D3, Omega 3-6-9, Vit B6, Vit E. Took a lot of Walnuts and Avocado Pear including other fruits but more of those two. And made sure I did not tell DH wen I wz ovulating. After one month of using the supplements and over 2mnths of taking plenty of walnut and Avocado pear, I got a BFP but ended in a chemical Pregnancy. Though the chemical pregnancy issue had been happening like every 4mnths for over 3yrs. But I noticed a difference when I took dose supplements (PMS reduced). I stopped taking the Vit E becos I later read somewhere that 1000IU wz too high for women. And that was it. The next month I got my BFP. Nonetheless, even b4 I started using d supplements I prayed on them and asked God to move through them. I prayed like never b4.

I decided to say this now to support pink's post as I believe this might help someone here.

For everyone that has kept this thread going, I want to encourage you that the end of ur waiting is now. Keep up d good work.

Did you have painful menstrual flow the last time you saw ur period?But most likely you have hormonal imbalance for the period seizures.How old are you and are you still experiencing the discharge.You could tell me a little more that can help us to address this issue.
