Since you stated earlier that your budget is around #40k you can check out the redmi 8, it's slightly above 40k but that's your best bet.

Pls o, those who flashed custom ROM, how much Ram does you custom ROM OS use? I have 3gb ram MIUI alone uses about 1.8gb to run leaving me with 1.2 which is not enough for my online gaming. I'm tired of lag already �

MIUI is vast and you have to be smart if you want to get the best out of it. You should understand that the more features you enable the more of your RAM/ROM MIUI consumes. I have studied two (2) of such features closely: DUAL APPS & SECOND SPACE!!! This two features are cool but not always advisable for people with 3gb RAM devices or below, when I joined the Xiaomi family I was flaunting the above mentioned features alot on a 3gb ram device until I downloaded pes2020 mobile, the thing is both of these features create additional Google play store/services (now imagine running a demanding online game + two active Google play store/services on a low ram device). Be smart and you'll get the best out of MIUI.

You are lucky you didn't subscribe, unfortunately for me I subscribed but was unable to browse with it due to very bad network... Funny thing is immediately after 5am the network normalised, AIRTEL is unreliable.

it doesn't let you browse free but surprisingly it significantly increases browsing speed.

Not at all. Yes, I'm using buffered rendering. I started a new game with the r.i.p version. I tried tweaking the settings and it got slightly better but still unplayable.

Can you please send a screenshot of your settings?

unplayable as in? it still crashes or it's laggy? you are using a PC to play so I don't think the settings will correspond. hope you deleted the first one that crashes and lastly just start the game afresh.

did you load any savestate? or since you haven't gone too far you should consider starting a new game with the r.i.p version you just downloaded... also are you using buffered rendering? I didn't face any issues with the one I recommended. below is the screenshot of the last mission.

use the link in the screenshot below to download the r.i.p version... some cut-scenes in the game makes it crash, but with this one I'm recommending you won't experience any crash.
