A part of the plant responsible for production of sacks for bagging of cement has been on fire for over 3 hours now.

Nothing can be said about the cause for now. but its pretty much bad as the fire fighters are helpless against the raging fire. This sack outfit is responsible for supplying Obajana, Ibese and Gboko plant with sacks for bagging of cement

This can have a negative effect on the price of cement in the country..... (My opinion)

I have some money left aside to invest with i was thinking of investing in shares or mutual fund but i am a novice in both and willing to learn how both work.

for me, none. these are long term investment portfolios. you should focus on an investment that will bring returns within a shorter period. unless if you are a millionaire and won't mind keeping your money down for so long
