Some stories sound too good to be true ![]() |
@ Poster Your friend should not be fooled, let him go ahead and marry her, so long as she is faithful to him. Maybe with time, she would change. |

I don't know where to start, It Just feels like clutching at straws though does'nt it? I think thats probably the root of the doom and gloom that is illustrated Up in this thread. I think people, definately me included, are finding it hard to be optimistic about United dropping points at Blackburn when we still have a nagging feeling we should still be in the driving seat. ![]() Every time I try to stay positive I just keep getting reminded about that string of needless draws and keep thinking how we should never have let it come this far, I think we're all a little deflated because it is pretty evident that no matter what we say, do or feel, it does not mean anything. The games are won on the pitch and our team is not winning right now. We're in a funk and there is no light at the end of the tunnel right now. It is darkest before dawn but I feel like a Scouser, or even worst a stupid yid by always saying next we will do it. We're Arsenal, we are supposed to win things, we should be winning trophies with this much talent. It's a tough patch, we'll make it through, it's just hard to stay up beat and keep pretending it's all right. You have to admit when you are defeated and right now we are. On current form, even if we start winning again, I just don't see us making up ground on both Chelski and Manure in 7 games. Yes, I know there is always a chance but it's tough to be positive about our chances right now. Though all hope isn't lost yet, Wenger should face the fact: He can't win league with all this rat's he keep fielding on th pitch every game, can't he go out and buy matured players? Has this man suddenly forgot how to coach again, Gunners speak! |
Be well dressed Act decisively. Don't hesitate. Act like u know what u're doing and u're in full control Have a disarming smile.I think i would go with you on this Kameel because it is actually the basis in getting 'em at that point. |
@ Poster I would advice you to just completely forget about her and move on, cause this office thing ain't love O! |

@ Poster Guys have been the one answering your questions all along, why not ask your girlfriends privately. ![]() |
Excellent. I love these Sunday games: it usually means a gathering of all my related Gooners at my Aunts house. Unfortunately, the last two Chelsea games I've seen there was a 2-0 loss and I even managed to walk in at the exact second Essien scored that screamer to make it 1-1 last season. We don't really seem to have any problems raising our game for these type of matches. The players have to be up for it because Chelsea definitely will be. If we get anything less than 3 points, the title really will be slipping away from us unless United drop points. If Chelsea put in the same performance they did against Olympiakos (putting them under constant pressure and closing them down quickly) then we will struggle to make any clear cut chances, but if they put up the performance they did against Spurs, it could be otherwise. The players will have to get their shooting boots on and have some shots from outside the area because breaking Chelsea down will be very, very difficult if there even anything like Middlesbrough were. Ma prediction: Chelsea 1 Arsenal 2 |
@ Debosky No need to worry, the league is coming to the Emirate remember the nonsense that came outta Fergie's mouth about winning a hart trick? ![]() Arsenal forever |
Lovely Text Y'all ![]() |
@ Poster I think that is far away from love. |
Is good to be in this forum once again, quite a breathe of fresh air ![]() Man city would be a tricky game. We will need to play to our absolute best if we want to win this game, unless we do an "Everton" that is. ![]() Last year we couldn't manage to break them down, and they scored a goal on the counter after Hoyte was found out of position. We showed we could beat them convincingly later on in the season, as we destroyed them 3-1 at Ashburton Grove with Fabregas scoring one of the few goals he managed to bang in last season. We took City's unbeaten record earlier this campaign when they visited us at "The New Home of Football". It was a cagey affair, but we came out on top after Cesc once again came to the rescue. We had missed a penalty in that game, and it was a tremendous morale boost to win even after van Persie had failed to score from the spot. It was arguably that victory that got our team in the mood to mount a title challenge. ![]() This week, ManCity have the chance to put a halt to the progress of that very challenge. ![]() Manchester City will have a point to prove after going out of the FA Cup to Sheffield United. But fortunately for us they are having trouble fielding 2 competent strikers at once. This game could turn out to be a cracker or a major disappointment, but no one can deny it's importance. We can do this!! ARSENAL FOREVER ![]() |
@ Poster I don't see anything wrong in girls expressing their feelings, I mean why should they hide it? |
Chelsea is finished, Pls try supporting Derby County before it is too late. Cheers! |
All i know is Anderson outplayed Cesc at the Emirates(he did with Porto and now with Man Utd) . . . . .If he was so good, why didn't he score against us @ the Emirate? Fab made a mockery of Ferdinand and also all your defenders before scoring the goal, Ferdinand's pants almost tore while trying to stretch for the ball, I hope you haven't forgotten that? ![]() The only thing remaining is a goal for the Brazilian . . . . .I just don't know why Ferguson doesnt allow him to play offensive role in the MF.That is what I call Football suicide! The day fergie try's it, that is the day he would know how awful Anderson plays. No skills; no killer pass; just strength, gimme a break . . . . . . ![]() It took Fab4 2 seasons to break into the 1st XI at Arsenal and was a reject at BarcelonaHe could never have broken in cause Vieira was at his prime then, so there was no way, and besides; The Barcelona that threw him out are biting their nails now, so I don't think he really was a "Reject" |
Chacal Anderson is just trying hard to impress, I bet you by this time next season, you'll be heaping curses on his head. Coming back to Fab4, the guy is by no standard comparable to "Minor" Anderson, O! yes MINOR so pls would you stop making comparism again? ![]() I would also bring up the issue of your Minor Anderson, by the time he becomes a regular in your team, he would just be the one scooping the RED cards from the ref's pocket cause he is just tooooooooo offensive, you know English ref's are craps, they are controlled by fans; so beware! |
@ Jackal Yep, he messed up abit last night against pompey but maybe he hasn't fully recovered from his injury or should I say the season slowed his game abit. As for your comparism with both Fabregas and Anderson, I totally disagree with you, Fab4 is by faaaaaaaaaaar a better player than him. Ronaldo made a statement of wanting more personal awards that was why I made that statement of "proving himself in the Euro Campaign" before he can be worthy of that prestigious award. |
@ Debosky You know that this is one of the most difficult away fixtures in my opinion. This following a disappointing result at Fratton Park and a change of hands of the lead and this tie now is almost a must win. We didn't lose the title last night nor will we lose it at Goodison but its all about momentum and if we lose any more ground on Man Utd. we could fall apart rather quickly although this team has shown a lot of character and mental strength over the course of this season. It will be interesting to see how the team reacts to loosing the Premiership lead. Whilst we were at the top, it was easy for the players to be composed and relaxed, to be patient and not get too frustrated if things were not going for us in a particular game, if we conceeded first or if we hadn't scored in the first half or till the hour mark. I guess it will all change now. Going into a game knowing Man Utd. have won will be tougher than what it was yesterday, there will be more pressure. I won't be surprised if the fear of falling further behind causes the players to lose their cool, to get frustrated, to get impatient. So the onus is on us now and i am glad its this way as i'd love to see a more positive Arsenal. Enough has already been said about the 4-5-1 and the 4-4-2. Whatever formation Wenger decides to use, we need to be more ruthless and gun for goal right away, we need to take the game by the scruff of the neck and as much as i want to avoid the debate here, it is easier whilst playing a 4-4-2. Everton is a good team and plays some good football they have many players who will cause us a lot of trouble. Yakubu has posed problems for Touré in the past and Andy Johnson's work ethic and intelligent movement always makes him a handful. Its set up very well. I really like Arteta, a very intelligent player and can put in a good ball for Johnson and/or Yakubu. They must be tired but i am certain there won't be any letdown in effort, they'll run hard for 90 minutes, get in our faces and close any space present and close it down fast. We are better equipped to deal with it though this season. Its about how well we play, a 4-4-2 please Arsène, and i hope we can get after them and silence the crowd early on. STILL ARSENAL |
@ Poster That was very stupid of you. |
Stop making noises in ma ears.I can't believe what am hearing!!!!!!!! Fabregas being a douche-bag? The guy has been responsible for all arsenal's recent goals or should I say our latest of 'em. . . . . . both the corner against Chelsea and also the doubles agains Spurs and you call that a Douche-bag? Fifa are not paying attention to these games a good UCL campaign and Euro 2008 campaign are the only thing that can win Ronnie an awardI must say I agree with you 100% on this one, if Ronnie really wants that award, I think the Euro Campaign is the biggest of 'em all in terms of perfomances. |
@ Niceuzor You should know better, "I Love u" has totally and abstractly lost it's value, she would just take that as a mere word that anybody or should I say common man would tell her, I strongly suggest you should act and I think your behaviour would speak for you. |
I gained experienceIice I think you've said it all. |
sylvex: |
Siena:I second that ![]() |
Since when did fabregas become an unstoppable??And since when did Gattuso become "Unstoppable"? , Gattuso could as well be sent off for those his irrelevant tackles and could make the game worse for Milan, I think Milan's greatest threat in this game is Kaka' and once Kaka' is contained, Milan would definately fall. |
ammamat:If you caught him in the act, then I think that is enough reason for you to want away! |
